I train with a former military contractor who fought MMA and he used to train with a seal. The second you decide you're going to put your hands on anyone, you need to try and go first, and be so violent to where you control when you decide to back off, so they don't have a chance to come back at you. Krav Maga is some of the stuff we train, in all honesty, it's one of the best. Fingers to the eyes, groin shots, ear slaps, and like the seal told my buddy, if you find yourself in a bad situation and you have access to someone's ear, "rip that mother fucker off"
Educational indeed! But the trachea made me stress over an attacker once showing me manslaughter really is just around the corner. The education I needed at the time I guess. A bit more on pain points and how to use them would be very interesting...
For sure.. A measured response is required, and also dependant on the subject in front of you. Get the chest first then move up. Never straight to throat, unless the other guy has a fairly sturdy build.
Thank you kindly mate. Have my hands full with current classes but I appreciate the request. There are a couple of schools in Coventry. My mate runs Krav Maga Grit in Cov if you wanna give them a shout. 🙏

Nice. Great that you explain the pros and cons of the variants shown and not just the physical bit 🙏🏼
