This thing I noticed first 6-7 years ago when my friend bought new iPhone 10 and one day we both are trying to book a cab on Uber to same location and at the same time, pricing showed on his phone was 320 something and in my android device it showed nearby 270.
Not only this if you spend a few days in the posh area and book from there then also there is a huge price difference on cabs and fast foods like pizza, burgers from fast food chains. This is what they use the location data for.
Kindly compare the price in both the phones with same mobile no. The fares depends on user frequeny of using the app, past history, ride cancellation, user rating etc.

This is not only with apple. Me and my friends (all using android) always check the prices on each of our devices and compare while travelling, in order to book the cheapest uber ride.
My girlfriend with an iPhone 11 always gets shown 30-40% less fare for the same route than I do on my iPhone 16. Now, we don’t even check my phone, we just by default book Uber through her phone.
