I get days like your not great one as well. I think that it is actually ADHD under stimulation in my case. I usually feel antsy and bored but I also don’t want to do anything. Not much of anything helps except time.

I know UA-cam is your full time job, but have you ever thought of getting into coach (you being the coach). I think you’d be good at it and could do it alongside UA-cam

At first i was thinking, started a no buy week without chocolate? Amateur! And then you broke out the Nutella. I cannot have that stuff in the house because i can eat the entire jar with a spoon in one sitting. im impressed you (can) actually have some on hand for tough moments. Anyway well done! im going to do a no buy week too!
😂 I don't know what I was thinking!! I should have had a stash ready. I used to be the same with Nutella. I think I ended up making myself sick of it by eating too. much when I was younger because now a little is more than enough 🙈
I have very few expenses but they end up scattered throughout the month which means I never get a full 'no purchase week.' Drives me nuts!
I totally relate. It was hard trying to find a week where I could commit to not doing anything.
