Ingredients for this recipe: Yields about 6 tbs Spice Mix:
1/2 cup Uda (Negro pepper or Selim pepper)
3 tbs Uziza seeds or 2 tbs ground Uziza (African Black pepper)
10-12 Ehuru (African Nutmeg; Calabash Nutmeg)
