I am dealing with DNF and Atlantic Recovery Solutions. I have asked that they stop calling and/or sending me text messages, when on the phone (which I have recorded as well) but to mail me any all correspondence. They leaked that they had my address in the most recent phone call. I also am aware that neither of these companies have licenses in the state of Texas or registered with the Secretary of State, which they are suppose to have in order to "do business" in Texas. Is this the reason they have not actually sent me anything? What should I do?
Ask them to send you an offer in writing. Check your credit report. Next time the call tell them they do not have consent to call you and must communicate by mail.
Its worth a try, if you begin the dispute process after you delete it, then you should have a better argument that its not covered by the arbitration provision.
Thanks for such valuable information, Very underrated Thanks again!
Thank you!
Keep up with this series. UA-cam must be blocking more people traction.
Thank you. We have been working hard on these. This is the most important step.
So there's nothing I can do to opt out, for example with Equifax if its after the 30 days?

I been sue twice for the same account, it was dismissed without prejudice and I didn’t even know about, now they’re suing again, What can I do ?
Without prejudice means they can refile. The debt may be too old now. Look at the dates closely.
@@TexasConsumerLaw do you take cases in the golden triangle area ?
@@freddyg1769 that's a bit far for us to travel. Give us a call and we can see what we can do.
If I delete the account entirely on My Equifax will that opt me out?
