In 1965, Ku formerly signed an acting contract with Shaw Brothers where he made around 100 feature films and became most notably known as one of their top character actors. He has worked with just about every top Hong Kong director in a variety of films like Chang Cheh in The New One-Armed Swordsman.

I didn't want to a comment to the show here until I was sure. He's made another mistake about David Chan's colum . Although they're correct about David himself, however, they mistakenly put a picture of Ti Ling bare-chested on the side of David's picture. I know BOTH men when I see them . BOTH Co-starred in The 5 Masters of Death , Ti Ling is the disciple with the pole , a Wing Chun practitioner's weapon which Ling is a master of.

    Ji Han Jae 1:17 is the grandmaster of Sin Moo Hapkido. His story is actually quite fascinating about his exile from Korea. I studied under him in Daly City, California. The last I heard he was teaching in Southern California.

    Donnie Yen has an incredible genetics, ages appropriately. Asian cuisine brings a lot of trouble to their older generations, being prone to diabetes and putting a lot of msg and sugar and oil in the food.. After 60 it should be smart to go pescaterian , especially in places near the water. We all destroy our bodies one way or another, but for example of Jackie Chan, that damage is .. insane. Taking care of the bone and blood is a must..

    • @al201103

      "Asian cuisine brings a lot of trouble to their older generations"
      What utter nonsense.
      First of all, Asia includes China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia etc etc. These are wildly differing cuisines so to lump them all together and claim a) the elderly suffer due to the food and b) they all use a lot of msg, sugar and oil is ridiculous.
      Secondly, I live in China and see a great many old people leading healthy active lives. My wife's grandmother is over 80 and has no issues, cuisine-related or otherwise.
      Thirdly, at least in China, families do not eat "restaurant food" for their daily meals, let alone the Western skewed version of their cuisine. When I visit my wife's family, nothing has sugar, very few dishes use msg and there is a wealth of fresh vegetable dishes on the table.

    • @lovelife1867
      @lovelife1867 2 роки тому +1

      @@al201103 Well I lived in China, Japan, Malaysia and currently in Thailand and none of the places had really healthy foods. Sugar and oil were put in a lot, Japanese deep fry and eat ramen like crazy, Koreans eat a lot of meat. I think you are just lying for the sake of lying.
      Which is ok, cause I know the truth already.

    • @al201103
      @al201103 2 роки тому +1

      @@lovelife1867 I'm really not. Are you only eating in restos or eating in homes as well? I'll give you that there can be a fair bit of oil used, but there's a lot of fresh stuff as well.
      If you ARE mostly eating in restaurants, well that's not going to be super good for you (in China I've been through stages of eating a lot of delivery food and it's packed with bad stuff - but most people cook for themselves)

    • @lovelife1867
      @lovelife1867 2 роки тому

      @@al201103 this is why in Thailand we have new places that grow all the vegetables behind the restaurant and picking them to put onto your table. This is 20x healthier than getting generic som tum salad with sugar and msg.
      I've had such a horrible experiences with huigorou and roupian, I was literally drinking liters and liters of water just flush myself out. Any mian is pure carb, and baos clogged my colon for days.
      In order to have good and clean food, one has to eat veggies with some fish, less rice and avoid starchy things at all cost.
      I would eat sashimi all the time but that as well is not good cause of parasites and rawness of the fish..
