I started doing calisthenics 1 month ago, at first I would barely do 6 pull ups and get fatigued really fast, now I am proud to say that last friday I made my very first muscle up, something I never thought I would be able to do, but I still got a long way to go! you are a great inspiration bro, and guys, never give up, keep trying hard!

+Caliathleteam I am able to do most of the moves that you have shown but my only weaknes is muscle up. I know that muscle up ıs the most ımportant exercıse for the Calısthenıc. Ihave watched the most of the tutorıal about muscle up but these vıdeos were not helpful and clear that ıs my expectatıon from you. Caliathleteam I tried doing the calisthenics at the very end and I wasn't even close to doing the majority of them most of the pull ups and stuff like that I have nowhere to do it by myself or even outside I don't want to join a gym I want to do it on my own even thou I'm not close to doing some of he workouts because I'm to weak or don't have the balance to do it I will get stronger and I will do better right now all I'm able to do is 100 crunches 50 sit ups, 50 push ups, and 50 lunges I've tried some other things but I can't do some of the others I want to get better so I've started sense school started but I've only really got into it a few weeks in I didn't do any workouts on days I didn't have school but now I have decided to do them out of school every day. I'm slowly increasing my workout whenever I get so used to it doesn't wear me out as much. I Know you stated that even if ur skinny u need to eat right but as of the moment I have been eating as much as possible to get gains and stronger and more meat on my bones it upsets me to see my ribs. it pissed me off seeing my friends 2 years older than me doing more pushup and pullup even though they don't work put but that just pushes me to try harder.id need to do something about my self as soon as I come home I do my chores and sit on my ass all day watching youtube all day and then befor I go to sleep but I'm going to try and do BMX or pick up skating again I'm not that good at sports but I have that mentality to think I can fight some one and win thou I'm sry that this is long I just wanted to put out what I was thinking

Beginner routine? You must be gifted... It could cause great injury and pain for most people to try to just jump right into these motions as a novice.
THEE SICKNESS Oh, you really should have listen what I've said in video.. of course it can cause injuries this is why I said these exercises were MY favorites at the beginning of my workouts and depending on your current level you should use easier progressions for these exercises : pull ups -> Australian pull ups, jump pull ups, negatives, assisted pull ups etc. I've never said that is a routine for everyone, this must be always matched to persons possibilities.
The title is a little misleading. You should upload more videos, because some of these movements I've never seen executed flawlessly... Very impressive!!!
THEE SICKNESS in fact that could, this is why I've included a little bit of speech at the beginning. Im working now on the program that will include 24 levels from a total beginner to advanced. As soon as I finish that I will record more on UA-cam, this month new video will appear ;)

Hey Darek I am currently on a weight loss journey down 61 lbs in a year. I am 30 lbs from a normal weight according to BMI charts. I can tell you right now that I will be doing calisthenics in the future and will be using you as major inspiration thanks.

Beginner workout - lets do dozens of chin ups and pull ups.
Wilkong that's a bit too much yeah but you can do rows or jumping pull-ups

Hey, i mean you could only get strong by pushing yourself to the limit.. If youre just limiting your beginner workout by doing easier workout, then the results will not be very satisfiying
At the beggining, he did say that everyone's body is different. Maybe he could do this at the start, but he could. He also said that this workout may not work for everyone.

I can only do freaking 4 pull ups... hopefully I get stronger. I train basics every day for 2 hours.... little progress tho

I haven't used it, but I started helping a friend of mine in his calisthenics journey and he got from 4 pull ups to 10-12 in 1 month using the Armstrong program. Maybe you'd like to have a look at that. Just Google: "armstrong pullups program"

What i can suggest is, focus on quality reps for pull ups ( No momentum involved, just relying on your pulling strength ) and also on incline pull ups / australian pull ups.
Work on different variations for pull ups too, slowly start increasing the repetition range. Soon you will definitely go up to 6 reps, 8 reps, 10 reps and even more.
Keep training, you will definitely get stronger!

just a quick advice: the key is in the eating more than the workout. i was very skinny . i started to eat so much more everyday to a point where i lost my abs but saw amazing fast results in arms and chest . then i regained my abs :)
