This look like yt guys trying it. Where the corner foot launch? The drag of the inside off ball foot that give u the launch on the cross. U dont kno what u doin. We did this in the 90s and how we taught it was ez. Its all corner of foot work. Dragging on ur foot and pusing off the drag. Its like a dance. Its the stop and go but to the side and the ba,, goin up is a illusion

This is how u do it. Or learn it. U give the illusion that ur playing face up but youre really sideways. If ur in front lf someone trailin u and they can catch u. If ur getting trailed u come to a quick stop, then hesitate for a quick secnd to srop them and go again as they stop. Its the same. So practice the crossover going forward .. run. Stop. Fake like ur going the opposite way. And go as soon as the defender stops after u. Then do it the same way. But to the side. It gives the illusion ur facing them but ur not. And theyre off balance. They cant slide left to right if ur going straight. they gonna turn theor ankle and fall
