That’s dangerous to touch the wet switch with anything made of iron.
I've always been afraid of spraying anything liquid on electrical switches and outlets, but I see a lot of UA-cam cleaners doing it. Have I been overly cautious, in this regard, my whole life for no reason?
So many things wrong in this video. Appreciate you cleaning for free but please take precautions!!!!
How do you not get electrocuted?
I've lived in the same house for 20 years and I've never had dirty light switches. Oh wait, I wash my hands repeatedly during the day.
My grandma would have used a toothpick instead of a scalpel.
I’d unscrew up and clean it in the kitchen sink.
You can cause an electric short circuit this way 😰 I don't think that the owners will be pleased if you burn the wiring in their house 🙄

That's electrical. No.
would have been a lot easier to just unscrew the plate and had free access to clean everything easier
One thing that drives me nuts is grimy light switch! Whew, that was satisfying 😍🥳

Better to remove it...then you could even clean the screws...water is not safe to use on electric outlets.

Oh no !! I think they’re like $.20 at Lowe’s. When I buy new properties I just replace all switch plates and electrical outlet covers.
This gave me anxiety. Be safer please. ❤
