The 2nd to last townhouse was my favorite!!! Such a classy and elegant lady and taste.
Dr. Iffie's home is gorgeous! I loved all of them but that one stood out

The second condo-town home living room courtains 😍
Believe it or not my Father's Brother lives right next door! Different decor, a tad larger, and my Aunt's CLOSET....Is. Just breathtaking. Two separate floors for shoes, the less expensive jewelry, handbags, hats and scarves.
Then we've got dressers ball gowns and frocks on one side, summer/spring dresses, then more hats ( ? Whhaaaa? More?! ), and of course, a champagne bar! Gotta love and adore Grandmother Lillian. The woman showing her townhouse? THIS WOMAN'S closet RULES! Sorry, when I saw the address, I showed my Mum, and we were amazed at WHAT a small world thus really is!

I like this show but the constant panning, the pace of the edits and the constant return to a talking head makes it feel like I'm on some kind of frenetic, whirlwind tour that we have to hurry up and finish before the owner returns.

I love your houses especially town house in Manhattan!!! It’s so gorgeous!!! To my surprise it’s exactly like my penthouse in India that I recently bought!!! And my interior person suggested me to have a glass installed for see through balcony, but I don’t think I could stand there as comfortable as you, looks so amazing I also love Carrie Bradshaw but I have good collection of wardrobe and shoes in USA so I’m keeping @home minimal and traditional look. Thanks for inspiring!!!

One would expect NYC building code would require one. I mean, even in the third world buildings are required to have one as soon as they reach a third floor.

The fast cuts and constant movement of the cameras are giving me a headache. It makes it look kinda cheap and the house overloaded with stuff. It makes me not care anymore after five minutes. Shame, cause it is proably a nice house.
alaovely houses, however does anyone know a chanel that features some colour. White is classic but a home that is not afraid of colour would be great to feature also.

LOL Right? This basic ass design, and home decor is so uninspired, and lacks character. Enough of the boring, grey neutrals, and this Scandinavian design. Beautiful townhouses, horrible decor. The only redeeming space in this, was the English woman, near the end.
_Jet setters'_ abodes and workplaces glorify the phony glitz of airports that, foolishly while laughably, none of them clones is ever going to shirk terrestrially haunting....they d r e a d their exponential weirdness being sussed out, they do ;)

The battery park townhome design is um....really really not my taste, the only thing going for it is the view, I'd gut it and start over lol...
I wonder how many people were evicted so the owner could sell to some wealthy foreigner looking to park his money. Leaving thousands of empty apartments, where neighborhoods die from lack of creativity and lack of creative people. We need to tax those who buy here but don’t live here or rent their homes. People are going to stop moving here or starting a business here. Philly or Boston, Baltimore or ??? will be where creative people go in the future.
Take your socialism to Venezuela. Your same liberal/progressive law makers in NYC are the ones that provide the loopholes and laws for Russians and Asians to launder their money (clean or dirty) in these neighborhoods and evict working folks.

Why there's so much time spent on a host? I want to see the house not the narrator. Camera is moving so fast you really cannot see it.
There was 2 , six story townhouses that would've been more attractive with elevators. I liked the battery park townhouse but the closet space SUCKED!!! The last townhouse was too white and sterile, it looked more like a gallery than an apartment to live in.
Sergio Mercado, that living room furniture isn't saying anything but boring and plain; It's too simple and ordinary, it should be decorative and elaborate. If you need my help in future projects, please let me know.

design from Cheryl disgusting.Not a house, but a furniture warehouse. You look at the work of other designers from the video with pleasure. The design is thought out to the smallest detail. I want to live there.

I hated every one of these houses. It's too much over-the-top glamour and opulence, very uninteresting. We get it, these people are ridiculously rich.
Although I loved looking at the homes, I thought that the owners must be very superficial and materialistic, not to mention vain. By the look of things, they seem like the type of people that if their homes went up in smoke, they would probably take their own lives. 😬
