Let me answer this very serious and important question from a historical point of view.
So, as we know, Battler, despite his uncommon name, is ethnically Japanese, as are both of his parents, so we can safely assume that he was raised culturally Japanese. Circumcision is a custom practiced mostly by people from the Near East, such as the Jews and the various Muslim nations, as well in the US, where it was popularized by the medical doctor John Harvey Kellogg, as a means to stop young men from succumbing to masturbation by making it, as he thought, physically unbearable. Seeing as Battler Ushiromiya is neither Jewish, Muslim, nor American, which are the three main groups of people in the world practicing circumcision, we can safely assume he, in fact, is not circumsized.
By using my knowledge of historical and cultural affairs of various countries and ethnic groups, this level of reasoning is possible for yumallah. What do you think, everyone?
