I could imagine the pain from plantar fasciitis pretty much just made this treatment feel nice in comparison. When I had it I would massage my own feet by standing on metal rails from chairs etc to get as deep in there as I could. only thing that really helped the pain.
That’s right. Sometimes I start a class just teaching people to deep breathe and some people have huge emotional and chi releases just from deep abdominal breathing and say they have never breathed that deep before. I learned integrative breath therapy 30 years ago and incorporate it into my work.
Not enough screaming. Not sure it was effective.

Dave told me recently that the treatment I did on him in this video completely got rid of the plantar fasciitis.
