Hey, this is not possible at the moment. You’ll get a unbranded embed code so that you can insert it in the client's site however to update the chatbot settings, you will need to login to AI Local Expert dashboard which has AI Local Expert branding on it. So instead asking clients customizing the settings you or your staff can do this. They said they will also see how they can add client logins in future updates. But at the moment, they do not have this. Also they are going to add a feature later to forward offline messages to email, so in this case client can receive them directly.

Hey Tim. I bought software through your link before and thanks 👍. Anyway can i greate a chatbot for a business but if they do pay or some problem after sale can i remove it my self. Or same goes if i loan to show what it can do can i always take it back if i want. Thanks 👍 and keep up the great reviews.
