Mbahhhh! Customers are not always right. Common sense is for everyone so if one customer decides to be unfortunate more than I can take then he would have to be put in his place/call to order. Let's get this straight cos phrases like this is what drives people away from going into biz. I have done outdoor marketing for a major multinational company b4 and I can recall incidents where customers came up with the attitude of "CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT" even at his own fault, input him in his place and that got us more acquainted and friendlier after that cos he had to use his common sense rationally
It means you know your clients' temperaments as well to know how to tailor your reaction ,response or feedback to the specific individual. Like some clients are just plainly intentionally insatiable, and rude to boot and may need a " firmer" handling( if not a rude awakening themselves)
