Today morning, while i was waiting for my friend on roadside to pick him up. Suddenly, one side of my earbud stopped working. My phone showing it's connected but no light and sound in earbud. I tried many things to get it back on it wasn't responding. Now after watching this video, i long pressed its button while putting it back to case, it started working though. Thank you it worked for me. 🤝

So, it wasn’t solved. It was actually defective, as is mine that I just bought. It’s not a connection problem, it’s a charging problem on one side only. I’ve been told that is what I deserve if I buy the cheap stuff.

Well... This product is €20 (max price)... I don't think anyone should complain... Pay €30 extra and you get good earbuds that works properly and they will surely last for 2-3 years.

My right earbud light stays stable.its a stable red light and it dont blinks

I have a issue with mine that i have never ever seen anybody have and i cannot literally find anything about it. Basically the only one working is the right earbud it connects it charges but there is no sound playing at all, but the left one i suspect that it won't charge but its light from time to time (while in the case only) occasionally and consistently lights up red to white red white red white, the sequence repeating after about a minute. I have tried every method online but there are no videos or anything mentioning this problem. HELP!🥲

hi, i have a problem with the left earphone, the right one works flawlessly, but the left one does not react at all, when i put it in the box, the diode lights up red as if the handset is charging, but after removing the red diode, of course, it disappears and that's it, it can't be turned on or nothing, I will add that when it is in the box, it is charged non stop and yet it does not turn on after removal. What can i do
