Appreciate it man, this was my 2nd event so just getting started! Come out to Road Atlanta tho, so much more fun for these cars imo. Couldn’t believe who commented when I got the notification, thanks for watching 🙌🏾
I need to make it out there sometime, Roebling may be on the schedule for 24’ depending. I’ll give GM kudos on setting up the 1LE cars. Merry Christmas my 350 brotha!
I wan't to drive a GT350 and see how it compares to my 18 SS 1LE. I had a pretty new GT350 want to play in the mountains of WNC and he didn't stay behind me for too long. Acceleration wise was pretty similar (it seemed I had a slight edge), but once I got to the corners, it was over. I'm not sure if he was too scared to drive it hard or if it didn't perform as well as my Camaro
@@tlalexander3 I think they’re pretty similar in a track setting. The GT350 should be pulling on the straights, so maybe he wasn’t in the right gear? The GT350 doesn’t have much torque until it’s at 4k+ rpm. Is your SS 1LE an auto?
@carsbutnocoffee nope mine is the tremec 6 speed manual. I absolutely love the car minus how it does in the rain. Which that's mostly attributed to the GY supercar 3 tires. I've almost been through 2 sets of rear tires in about 15,000 miles. Plus it tramlines (I think that's the term I read before) terribly in grooves in the road. It feels like it'll pull you a solid foot or more sometimes. I'm tempted to get a WRX as well for the nastier days and when it's cold. I have a truck and jeep too but they are more for fishing, road trips, and hauling the boat
@@tlalexander3 love it man, save the manuals!! Yeah I bought the 350 with Cup 2’s, and it tramlined like crazy on bad roads. I switched to Super Sports and saved the Cup 2’s for the track, tramlining was basically gone. I changed my alignment later, increased negative camber and got toe close to 0. I put the Cup 2’s back on for the track, and the tramlining was a lot less
Nice driving! I sure do love being out on that track in a Mustang!!

A touch less exposure should help
Thanks for the tip! I’ll have to mess with that and see
