DIY HOW TO (EASILY) PROGRAM NISSAN VERSA NOTE REPLACEMENT CAR KEYS KEY FOB

In this video I will show you how to program a replacement key for the Nissan Versa (Note) which has the all in one key fob with the key built in and without a transponder chip in the key. Because there is no chip in this particular key you are able to DIY program the key using your existing original car key to initiate the process. The vehicle in this video is a 2015. Hey, this is really cool. I think this is what I needed. I bought the car use, it's a 2017 versa note SV. The key it came with doesn't have a key fob on it. It's just a regular metal key, no plastic on it or anything. I'm assuming that means it doesn't have a transponder, and I'm also hoping that means I should be able to use it to program a key fob by putting it in five or six times.
I'll do a little more research about the years and the model and make sure this is gonna work, but I think it's worth a try! Thanks man, that may have save me a big chunk of money!

Good. I hope it works out for you. The dealership may charge you upwards of $150-250 to do this exact thing. A locksmith may have the key/keyfob in stock (mine did). But the cost was far higher than buying the key and having them simply cut it for the price of a normal door key. Hope you are successful.
