When I was in Boy Scouts at the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico, we camped in the Rockies next to a stream like that. Soaked my feet in the cool water for about 15-20 minutes. Ahhhhhhh

This brings me back to a wonderful time. My mom would cook simple round steak in the pan for hours and ended up with a thick sauce like yours. The steak so tender it would melt in your mouth, and she would have garlic bread to go with it. Thanks guys for a trip down memory lane. Absolute mouth watering dish!

I love his knife and his out cooking in the wood. He is my favorite chef. No music just the sound of the outdoors and everything he cooks and does is very simple and delicious food.

I started watching this channel a few years ago but fell out of the habit. Now I'm back to it and trying to watch thisbas therapy and trying to stay the hell away from the news and social media as much as possible. Only peaceful things allowed.

@@Mothana808 It's tipical to cook that piece of meat in northern Italy (we call it ossobuco) but 5 hours is way too long, it takes a long time but 2 hours is enough
