The Spectral is way more capable. I am now currently running it with XC tires, just for my local loops and it's so fast! At the same time still blasts over every obstacle. A friend of mine also changed from Neuron to Spectral 125. Biggest reason to was to have a more capable platform. I love that it is a enduro rated bike that is very capable to jumps etc, while at the same time can still be very fast on xc runs
