1 bowl pre-cooked white rice
½ pre-cooked chicken breast
1 egg
2 tablespoon garden peas
½ spring onion
3 cloves fresh garlic
Small piece of fresh ginger
Condiments
½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon MSG
½ teaspoon light soy sauce
Dash of white pepper powder
½ teaspoon sesame oil

Khoan may i ask is the wok/s in this production cast iron or steel ?. Just they look more robust and heavier than say the green handled wok you use in previous years ?. I can not seem to find cast iron wok In Australia.
I think it is carbon steel. This wok is by ACK, it's pretty heavy! It's great for fried rice though.
When he says leave the heat low, for most home gas burners, this means high. His gas burner is VERY powerful.

I don't currently have a particular brand. The fried rice wok is ACK, the other are Hancock brand.
