For the Blue light Ultron, thats THE ULTRON we know. the one that initially fused with pym and came back , the one that was around during Secret Empire, and was last seen fighting Tony in Iron Man's Ultron war. In Issue Tony Stark: Iron Man Vol 1 Issue 19, we saw ultron Pym give up realizing his pym persona was a simulation of his human side and that he was never around so he gives up and gets imprisoned. This was also where we learn that Tony Stark died in Civil War 2, he is a simulated being as well. To know his journey you gotta read Ant Man (2022)'s run. The ultron with the red lights is Ultron 12. He came into being during the Avengers Inc run when as a failsafe, Pym managed to install one of the ants with the programming of Ultron-12, with added data from the first android hero Jim Hammond and the Vision. This intelligence was baptized as Victor Shade by Hank Pym, which was an alias that Vision had once used. Now as for Hank Pym being alive and around, this happens when Hank/Ultron was blasted with a reverse aging ray in the issue Ant-Man Vol 3 Issue 4. So a very old Hank Pym returns to the present. Moon Knight was present during this thats why he knew, but not enough to have a conversation with anyone. Hope this helps. Hmm. If I had to take a gander on why this ultron is so nice. And why stark trusts him. Is that this is another older ultron model. In the older comics there was an arc where a version of ultron (ultron 50 im pretty sure) that lost all his memories and became good. Helped vision and sacrificed himself to save people. He also talked in a southern accent and wore a trench coat and fedora. But that is besides the point. My theory is that tony found one of the many ultron back up models. Took a look at it and realized ultron could become good. And reactivated him. I’m very interested to see where this could go. I always love a good “villain turned hero” story. As much as I love all the craziness of venom and the king in black. Along with the X-men and mysterium. It’s nice to get back to more grounded superhero stories. Can’t wait for more.

Yes. There are two Ultrons. No one ain't Hank. Let me explain. The Ultron that took over Hank body was sent to the future and obtained the all father power then he was defeated in the future and thrown into the time stream. But Hank, trapped inside Ultron body and mind used a sliver of the all power to free himself and return to the 616 timeline. The trip was difficult and made him age but he after all Ultron had done to him he knew what to do, hunt every trace of him across the globe so that he may never have a chance to return. So he kidnapped and recruited a small league criminals for a new lethal legion since he did not want Ultron near anyone he cared about and they were expendable Cannon fodder to fight the evil android. But little did he know that this was not his plan, but Ultron's. When Hank freed himself Ultron manage to leave a small program inside his brain making him a sleeper agents of sort, so that Ultron could implant himself in all the criminals and become a system instead of a single unit this time. Hank fortunately managed to shut down his control temporerily and send the good version of the Ultron program, the twelth incarnation to find help. After some shenanigans Ultron mark twelve alongside Janet, Nadia, Scott and Cassie and others rescued Hank and the crooks from the control of that evil Ultron who got destroyed. Unfortunately the villains, now terrified by what Ultron could do to them convinced Hank to continue the hunt with them and destroy every trace of the program, so the lethal legion retired in the microverse to prepare their next move, while mark twelve now free of the Ultron program stayed with Janet and Nadia. I believe that the west coast Ultron is mark though he sounds different somehow, while the new blue Ultron I have no idea...maybe he is the Ultron body returned from the time stream and without the all power...but it's clear that this new Ultron messiah doesnot posses Hank anymore cuz he said that he got separated from him
Okay listen you don't need to look for blue bolt origin...he's new....which is kinda weird since they have a bunch of other people they could redeem....for example...living laser was showing promise after the fight against orchis.....or maybe porcupine who's basically already redeemed and has been trained by spider woman....ya know, to start small...I mean the list is long why show us this guy out of nowhere who has the least original super power?

He attempted to recruit villains to defeat Ultron, turns out that he was still being influenced by Ultron...he later got rid of the influence.
