So much in detail, easy to grasp and understand! 've been using msfs since 2004 and was introduced more for online - vatsim & simming just a year+ ago, yet now this is what I find as a good lesson! Thanks man! Hope you're doing well! It's a must watch for every person aspiring to learn the techniques. Even if all pilots know these for sure too, I reckon it's worth another replay and affirmation of all the knowledge.

Whats the difference between "armed" and "active"?
Armed means stand by, active the system is running
For example if you set Alt to 210 you will be climbing with Alt armed (blue) so when you reach 210 Alt will be active, automatically leveling off.
armed means it is ready to do something but it is not being used but always ready to be used. active is being used
