Toni was asking for callers to discuss exercise for women in gyms and how they might be self conscious. Well, as a man I am also super self-conscious about going into gyms, but I also wanted to mention playing sport in a group setting and how that is so much more rewarding compared to just going in the gym on your own. Research has shown the significantly improved benefit of group exercise and playing a game.
