The Husqvarna EE 5 is easily the most technologically advanced and adaptable bikes for kids aged 3-8 on the market (and let's combine the KTM SX-E 5 and GasGas MC-E 5 in this too as they're the same). Not only can you adjust the ride modes from beginner to pro, you can also adjust the seat height of the bike in two different ways (body and suspension). Add to that the forks and shock used on this bike are real-deal equipment, WP XACT air forks and rear shock absorber have all of the adjustments and settings to make this bike fit your rider like a glove, whether new or a seasoned vet.
For my rider, I tried the bike as delivered from the dealership first. The seat height was all the way in the "high" position, and I don't know where the suspension settings were set, so I wanted to do this part myself. The bike seemed a little stiff as delivered, so I decided to set Rennen up with the "comfort" setting on both the forks and shock. Here's how I did that.

Great video John! Just got our boys ( 7 and 11) each a KTM SX-E 5 and they love them but wanted to find out how to adjust the bikes and you saved me hrs of reading!! Thank you and I've subscribed!

Not a lot of videos on these bikes and working on them. Thanks this helped a lot. Do you have a video showing how to add the air in the suspension for heavier riders? I don’t have a manual so not sure on how much to add for a 55lb rider. Thanks.

Well they are supposed to be as maintenance free as they get, but there is a lot of adjustments you can make. Unfortunately I don’t have a video on adding air to the shock, but I can tell you from reading the manual when I got the bike that you won’t need anything for a 55lb rider, they should be good to go.

How are y’all liking the bike. I’m thinking about picking up the Gas Gas mc 5 E. Any issues?

Just a heads up your not making your forks softer by adjusting the rebound
