- stock cats, x pipe in middle, vibrant ultra quiets at the back. New camera and still messing with settings, hope I can make the quality a little better, but might need to get an even newer Sony A7, or a dedicated video camera.

Sounds great man! I’m about to add an XPipe to my ride hopefully next week. Currently have Borla ProXS’ and stock mid resonator.

The ultra quites are resonators, in the description it says you put them in the back. So did you replace the mufflers with them? Or weld them on before the mufflers?
@@jonathonbrown1559 replaced the mufflers with them. I’d probably recommend just using a vibrant muffler instead and then the x pipe in the middle
@Brendan194 I want to do this to my car (same car) but I have never done anything like this. Could you confirm you have X pipe, Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonators, and stock mufflers in your setup? I want this exact sound. I guess I just need to understand what you did to get it to sound like this.
No stock mufflers. The ultra quiet’s replaced those. And the x pipe in the middle. I’d suggest a larger vibrant muffler at the rear then an x pipe in the middle
What size xpipe and resonators? And do you know if they would be the same for a 2018 3.3t?
3.3t I’m sure has bigger pipe. I went with 2.5”
I have Maintec Exhaust on my G80 sport 3.3t. it's a 2.5 inch exhaust with H pipe, I have a short video in my channel flooring the car at 80mph while the exhaust valve is closed. Mind the whistle nose, one of the side skirts had a hair crack in it.
Hey bro, does the car make any bangs/pops from the exhaust. This car is notorious for that (a good thing imo) so I wonder if that is stifled by the mufflers you have on
what is the exact setup?
What size exhaust tips do you have I been thinking getting 2.5 if it will clear

What size ultra quiets did you go with, 2.25 or 2.5?
2.5 it’s a bit oversized, my guy just made it work. 2.25 I think is the stock size
I have a a custom setup myself, sounds very similar and tough... Yours maybe a couple decibels louder.
Where did you get that exhaust mine is stock and does not sound like that

stock cats are still on as what is said in the description so most likely not much difference in performance. I do hope for an actual exhaust kit for the genesis g80 one day though.

@@mikexcanxjerk ohh ok, its got 311 hp and the 0-60 is like 4.6 seconds to 5.2 depending on conditions. Its a heavy car weighing in at around 4500 lbs but that V6 does the job pretty well at moving it
@@trvshboi what tires you got on it ? It does around early 6 seconds but wanted to know real world type
@@mikexcanxjerk I got some firestone all weathers, extremely good traction but not as good as michelin or continentals. Im running stock specs so 245 for the rear

I never had many from the g80 with the opened up exhaust it does make some nothing loud though
