That is weird. I would recommend to look into your Manual book. If not go to search on google and type in the model watch and have your search about setting volume. Let me know if your search help you out or the Manuel worked out.
The manual explains little, but it's not as little as the text in the manual. I had to use the magnification on my phone to read it. The volume seems to be higher sometimes, yet very weak and quiet at other times. Once, I raised my wrist and the volume got louder. I don't know. beats me. @@Thereviewguy100

How do I turn up the AI voice volume? I can hardly hear it when I say a command, unless I hold it right to my ear and I'm in a quiet environment.

You may have ordered the right color watch, but then they sent you the wrong color. I ordered black, but I got the gray with the camouflage band.
