I made this tonight (with a couple differences) and it turned out great! The first difference was that I used a 10 oz bag of angel hair coleslaw instead of cabbage and 2ndly I did more potatoes. My wife and I with our young kids (3 & 5) all liked it. Thanks for the recipe!
Ahhh, I remember when kielbasa and other such sausage were actually 1 pound. These days 12-13oz. is more typical. Reduce the cabbage and potatoes by 1/4 and tell one of the kids there's no dinner for them. LOL!
I did the same 😂 I have worked in really fine restaurants and low key comfort food restaurants and I was wincing through that time frame, anyone who doesn’t tuck their thumb and use their knuckle as a guide/measurement tool freaks me out. People don’t realize how quickly a cut can happen and that’s why it is important to have good knife skills in a kitchen. I remember when I worked at a restaurant called “Public eat and drink” here in northwest Massachusetts and I had just gotten my brand new 8 inch shun chef knife, anyone who knows that brand also knows that when you take that knife out of the box it is the sharpest that it will ever be and my dumb ass got cocky while dicing tomatoes and I looked at my buddy while doing so and I sliced half of the tip of my finger of on a bias. My finger was resting on my knife blade 😂 at that time I had about 6 years experience and even I made a mistake because I wasn’t following how I was taught to handle a knife.
Well, almost perfect…watch your fingers with that knife!!! Mistakes happen too fast…second, 10 min is too long; try 5 mins…slurp up that resulting broth!!! Too good to waste…

Great economical and filling meal. Thanks!
I make this all the time. It is absolutely delicious.
Being German, this is my favorite dish :)

Try pleasoning original on it. It's a local brand that went international. Use the original blend.
Family recipe.
10 minutes on Medium pressure?
Just put potatoes first, then meat
Polish Cole Slaw .
This woman has no idea how to use a chef's knife and it's scaring me. at 0:36ish she about slices her finger off. Dx
watched this several times and I don't see where she nearly sliced her finger off. What am I not seeing?
Ridiculous comment from someone who has probably never even held a chef's knife. If it "scares" you so much, go back to hiding under your crib.
