Did a couple of races this evening and binned it several times. Credit where credit is due though, like you said. The Radicals in race A are a nice change too. I thought they had learned there lesson about not using this car in dailies but apparently not....I actually don't mind the race but I know this car is not popular with 95%
@wombleleaderracing6455 luckily I don't like the car or track, so I'm not too emotional about leaving it. Pretty frustrated that races A and B are both on hards, and both two laps too short though...
Nice win McWomble 💪🏻 nice to see something different from PD, this will be popular with the A, A+ legends but most of us lower ranked duffers will struggle with this car/track, probably have a week off, not sure my blood pressure can take any more after last weeks rainy C race 😂 my score. … 7/10
This car doesn't work on controller, it can't take the banking in the carousel 😭 I reckon you have a point about participation being down, I can see this being one of those races where so few people are racing that matchmaking mixes the PS4/5 lobbies in the quiet hours.
I shall see if I can get as far as the carousel on controller and see how it feels lol. Yeah numbers will be low for sure the cars just to crazy to drive for mist folk. I actually think a sanitised version of the X2019 with less power, bit more weight that handles more like a Gr2 car would be good and certainly more user friendly and fun to race...could call it the S2019 😆 I did similar with SF19 and turned it into a super formula light!!
@@wombleleaderracing6455 This is where you nail it first try and make me look bad 😂 It feels like something the game is doing on controller where the cars react badly to kerbs and bumps, almost as though the front end gets bounced up and the wheels are straight for a split second when it lands rather than wanting to carry on turning. The other problem for participation is the race length, I did the 7am slot and by the time everybody had finished it was just after 7:30 so even if you wanted to you wouldn't make the next slot, that effectively halves the player pool for matchmaking. The X2019 is pretty much already a sanitised version of the original X2014 with the fan suction removed, it could probably do with being knocked down a bit more to between where it is now and the junior version to race well. I remember racing the SF19 on GTS with the power knocked down but they hadn't done anything about the downforce so it was like a big go-kart race 🤣
It's a good but quite demanding and tiring combo. You need to be focused due to the car and the track. I think it's hard to do couple of these in a row. It might be one of those "tell me you're old without telling me you're old" comments though :D

Pretty rediculous combo for daily races imo, but at least I have the Race B sprints...

It won't even be popular with many A+ drivers either tbh....fun enough for 1 day but a week of this dies not appeal lol
love the Nordschleife, but 4 laps even with the super quick redbulls feels like too much.
Its definitely not a fun car for a lot of people to drive....silly power and no weight cars rarely are.
