Just used mine tonight, I was using very, very light pressure and had no real redness.. so I believe I didn't do it correctly. Will try again tomorrow.
im using 0.5mm and only light redness and the next day my face looked glowy and scars felt more elastic and pump... im using adapalene daily but stop the day before the derma rolling and the day after.

Zedrik. Have you looked into using Derma rollers with 192 real needles? The ones with over 200 needles are discs and it’s tearing your skin which causes damage. 192 real needles work.

I understand that if you have active acne, you have to make sure na hindi sya matamaan while using derma roller. I'm just worried that there are pimples that are too small to notice. And sometimes, I'm not sure if these small bulky stuff are pimples or warts or what. Either way, I'm afraid that if unintentionally, madaanan ko sila, it might cause bigger problems. What do you do to avoid this? I usually use pimple patches to serve as reminders sa mga areas na hindi ko dapat padaanin ng derma roller. Thanks.

Anything below 1.0 mm can be used daily Anything higher should be few times weekly or even under expert supervision
@@k.k8791 not few times weekly 1.5 or 2.0 only ONCE a month at EARLIEST. Or you’ll cause skin damage 🥲. Shorter needles maybe once a week TOPS

I watch a lot of dermarolling videos and I really like this one but I wish it was worth your time to do a very short one in only English. You speak English so fluently and with the hand gestures I could basically figure out what you were saying that was such a good video I would have loved to have understood every word. Do they make an app for that? They do for everything else. Anyway that was an excellent video thank you so much.
