In my country, RX 6650 XT is 270 dollars (Asus ROG Strix oc) and RTX 4060 is 400 dollars (Gigabyte Eagle oc). Same performance and 130 dollars difference. I preferred AMD that more user benefit.

nope, nobody do this. unless you got a very well cooled system or know what youre doing, dont overclock. just get the 4060. it has newer tech in it and if you play open world games a lot, espeiclaly new ones, they support frame gen. so stay away from what this guy says and just spend the extra $ for a 4060

Various brands/models of the RTX 4060 are currently selling for anywhere from $300 to $360 in the US, and I just purchased my PowerColor Hellhound RX 6650 XT from the egg for $230. It's an excellent "budget" 1080p GPU to couple with a "budget" Ryzen 5 5600 build. Had I felt the need to step up to that $300 price point the RX 6700 can be had for $300 at BBuy and the RX 6700 XT can be had for $340 at the egg.
Watching this now is really funny, the rtx 4060 has the performance of an rtx 2080 which means that the 4060 should be called rtx 4050 and people still buy this shit. When AMD has the 6650xt which performs the same for 200€ (in my case) on the used market. W AMD. Don't mention dlss, rt and all that stuff because in the world there are 2 real people using that.
Here in PH, Mindanao. 6650Xt is out of stock but it was sold for about $370-380. Most shops right here are selling 6600 and 4060. The 6600 and 3050 have the same price here for about $250 while the 4060 is around $370. The 3060 is like $324. I guess i'll have to wait for months and just buy 4060.

yall i got a 6500xt in a cheap prebuilt when my pc broke and its been so nice to me never any fps problems unless im trying to play very graphically demanding games on high, then most of the time i still get above 60 fps, very good gpu

Since I had to change my ATX system to a much smaller mATX one, I replaced pretty much the whole thing, and I also took the opportunity to go back to nVIDIA after 8 years of AMD. The reason why I say this, is that I literally "sidegraded" from 6650 XT to the 4060, which were compared here. The 4060 may not be faster in raster than 6650 XT in native raster and yes, it should have been a 4050 sold for 249$ max, but at 1440p, which now became very cheap in terms of monitors and these cards need it for playable results, DLSS looks much better than FSR2, and the 4060 is a champ in efficiency and software package in general. For example, last year, when I got my all-new 6650 XT build, I had a few crashes in older games such as Forza Horizon 3 and quite low performance (50-60 FPS) in Assassin's Creed III on the whole AMD system (Ryzen 5600 as CPU - I guess the DX11 driver overhead was the problem there, otherwise, everything was brand new, including the OS, BIOS etc.), plus random crashes in Uncharted 4, where it took AMD half a year to solve them - they weren't even acknowledged in the first couple of months - by that point, I have long finished the game. I replayed them all on the 4060 just as reference and everything went smoothly without any hiccups, and AC3 for instance ran at almost double the FPS compared to the AMD system, although in "brute-force", i5 12400/RTX 4060 and Ryzen 5600/6650 XT are neck and neck. AMD might be good in general, but nVIDIA definitely has the upper-hand in these things and in general, you get what you pay for. Sure, for a classic ATX system where cooling is not an issue, 6700 XT is definitely the card to get in this budget for sure.
Ray Tracing are usually better with RTX cards, but I'd rather spend less for the same core performance with inferior Ray tracing that an AMD card has to offer.

Is a Ryzen 7 5700x3d (105 max tdp) with a Rx 6750 xt and a 600w gold power supply enough? My current card is a Gtx 1660OC that consumes a maximum of 125w, I believe that another 100w in a good quality 600w gold power supply would not be a problem.

Idle power consumption and cooler size can be disadvantageous. If case modding is not an option, many people will have to pay more for the case and potentially the power supply unit. Buying a 4060 now and some 5070 / 5080 next time for example costs the same, but give some amount of performance now while having to wait for 4090 experience longer. Some people will not need the best and others think the 4090 does have the worst price performance ratio and not the best. And a few people are on budget.

If you can afford the 6950 xt it will have FAR more performance than the 3060 ti at a higher cost. The minimum CPU you should pair with a 6950xt is a 5600x but if you have the money go with a 7000 series AMD such as the 7600X or 7700X. The minimum CPU you should pair with a 3060 ti is the 3500/3600X but I'd recommend a 5600x/5700x with it. If you want an AMD equivalent (it's actually slightly better than nvidias), go with the 6700xt since it's far cheaper with slightly better performance.

The TDP of RX 4060 is 115W(max) while RTX 6650XT is 180W (max). Electricity costs money as well.

Idle power consumption and cooler size can be disadvantageous. If case modding is not an option, many people will have to pay more for the case and potentially the power supply unit. Buying a 4060 now and some 5070 / 5080 next time for example costs the same, but give some amount of performance now while having to wait for 4090 experience longer. Some people will not need the best and others think the 4090 does have the worst price performance ratio and not the best. And a few people are on budget.

Which card should i go with 6950xt or 3060ti.... and which amd processor should i get with it so bottleneck doesnt occur.... If you can afford the 6950 xt it will have FAR more performance than the 3060 ti at a higher cost.
The minimum CPU you should pair with a 6950xt is a 5600x but if you have the money go with a 7000 series AMD such as the 7600X or 7700X.
The minimum CPU you should pair with a 3060 ti is the 3500/3600X but I'd recommend a 5600x/5700x with it.
If you want an AMD equivalent (it's actually slightly better than nvidias), go with the 6700xt since it's far cheaper with slightly better performance.
you should def go with rx 6950 xt, even rx 6700 xt beats 3060 ti. I would reccomend you amd 7000 series

У меня теряется много кадров, когда я ограничиваю потребление ватт. Мне кажется это странным. Он должен что-то настроил или использует игровую операционную систему. Иначе я не могу это объяснить

The biggest pro of the 4060 is its power usage and the features, other than that it is pretty disappointing regardless I mean you do know that the 6650 XT is a last gen card right? And it barely outperforms it with other games even the 6650 xt taking the lead.
Speaking facts.
This hate on 4060 from my perspective is so odd. The AMD equivelant is more expensive or cost the same here while also lacking DLSS.

Well, it depends where you live. Here the RX 6650XT is around 20 to 30% cheaper than the 4060
Here it's £220 for a 6650xt and £290 for a 4060 and FSR is also very good. The 6650xt is just blatantly the better choice.
Here the 6650 XT is 280 euros while the 4060 is 330 euros.
For an extra 50 euros I think the 4060 is worth it for DLSS and more stable drivers.
Honestly I want the 4060 I keep getting told you shouldn't buy that card. But dlss looks so good, and when i used fsr2 quality on the tekken 8 demo. I could see it looked a bit blurry
