just use medusas gaze on the big dog, once become a stone destroy it. then use zeus fury and normal attacks on the small ones. thank me later. i used it in normal mode of the game.

Why do you have only 1 big dog?! Are you playing on easy? Im on normal difficulty and there are 5 big dog spawning this shit is impossible im about to break my damn controller
It's one big dog, the others turn bigger later. Freeze and kill the one big dog with medusa so you have time to kill the others before they also turn big.
Just managed after 4 or 5 tries ( I'm in very hard difficulty I think, the hardest available for a first playthrough) and I was about to get mad because of this fight lol. I used the medusa to freeze and then kill the big one as soon as possible before relentlessly attacking all the other shits while being mindful of the order in which they spawned so nobody else gets bigger and I did it faster than him. Really relieved now lol.
Fun fact: in the european version of the game all the soldiers are changed for zombies, also in this version kratos gives a very creepy smirk
