Before discovering your content, I weighed 200kg and struggled with both my physical health and self-esteem. In February 2024, I decided to make a change, and that's when I found your training and diet videos. Your approach, knowledge, and motivational style really resonated with me, and I decided to fully commit to following your guidance.
Thanks to your workouts and nutrition plans, I’ve managed to lose around 50kg~60kg. This transformation has not only improved my physical health but also boosted my confidence. For the first time in years, I feel like I’m truly living life to the fullest. The best part is, people around me, especially the girls, have started to notice the changes, which is a huge confidence booster.
Looking ahead, I have a new goal in mind. I plan to start a cycle with 4 testosterone esters (Durateston/Sustanon) soon. What Wesley brought to the Arnold was better than what cbum brought to the Olympia. Having said that, Chris was injured and his wife was late term pregnant. We'll see what cbum brings this year, but I'm with you, Wesley can beat him

The golden era never had chest support doing back unless it was T bar rows. Seated rows always allowed for leaning forward for a tremendous stretch of the lats at the bottom and then at the top of the movement for the squeeze. This is why the 70s - 80s era had those most defined, wide, lower lats.
