IMO the show does a decent job of showing that Trese doesn’t have anything under control, in my memory the only episode where she isn’t struggling in a fight is episode 1. This somewhat supports “a storm is coming” but the payoff was asinine so yeah it’s not very good.
the end credits villain is a Chinese vampire-zombie, 殭屍。I just checked online and they were not part of the comics… I don’t understand this deviation at all. Naively I would just think that the sticking to the source material would have been awesome and they’re failing at giving the show valuable specialty, but it’s also probably a political statement.
How tho?

I have no issue with the video but you shouldn't dubbed anime. The only time I give dubs free pass is maybe it's from a Studio Ghibli movie.
