Kawasaki W650/W800 Winterization 4 - Swingarm

In Part 4 of our Winterization series I am going to go over the maintenance of a swing arm.
This type of service item needs to be done every 12,000km. Please check your user manual for your bike.
The swing arm construction is the same for w800 and w650, but the same general idea applies to all other bikes too.
I explain how to take it off and how to clean, lube and put it back on. I omitted the part where I cleaned and spray painted all exposed metal and rusted spots. I got it super clean and full of fresh grease.
Material used:
Grease: Motorex Bike Grease
Kerosene, IPone chain cleaner for cleaning
Contact cleaner for degreasing rusted spots
Tremclad Rust paint (gloss black)
