Very useful video, as usual. I wish you could support your camera somewhere, so that you could use both hands to do the job and it would also make it clearer, for us to watch what you are doing.
Decent vid but could be done in half the time. This type of maintenance is often carried out when the seals start to leak and dismantling becomes essential. Because fork oil lubricates and dampens in a closed environment on modern bikes, it doesn't become contaminated as easily as an old Brit bike. On previous Japanese bikes, I have ridden them for many tens of thousands of miles with no issue with the forks or seals. Testament to Japanese precision engineering.
@@dirtyadventure8481 No worries mate. TBH, I was watching the vid with no sound so didn't pick up the spring swap. It's a good vid, but I do get a bit annoyed when things are over-explained. There is one from Eastern Europe (I think) that has the forks off and back together in about 5 mins - brief is best.
Привет ! Полезное видео для меня. 👍 Я залил масло 10 w, кажется мягкая. Думаю потом поменять на 15 w.
Рад помочь! Stay tuned. Two more videos are coming out soon. 😊
very useful, thanks!
You're welcome!

@@worty I am always trying to watch the time now. In this video I was swapping the springs for stiffer ones. That was the primary purpose.
