What item was that blue wand you was using to clean to blower wheel I be running into caked up blower wheels and customers don’t be wanting to pay for pulling a blower wheel to clean jt
Could this cause refrigerant levels to be low? Had an issue with my unit recently and have had 2 HVAC companies come out to do leak testing with nitrogen and a leak cannot be found. The unit was over half empty on refrigerant and is only 4 years old. The filter was definitely dirty which obviously is my own fault
My new style of air filter (Merv 8) began to disintegrate and may have damaged my HVAC unbeknownst to the repairman. He replaced the metal filter because it appeared to be clogged; however, after he left, I discovered my air filter had begun to disintegrate even though it was new. I believe the filter is defective (made in china). Is it possible that that the filter actually clogged the internal filter of the HVAC?
will a clogged air filter make the blower motor to stop for a few days and then start back up?
If the blower motor is overheating due to air starvation, possible, but most likely the blower motor is going bad or you have electrical problem

The best way is to remove wheel, there is no shortcut once a blower wheel has caked on dirt
@ lol yep that’s the only way I knew

Dirty filters can raise pressures in coils. Too high of pressure can cause leaks. Possible yes, also unlikely
