I wonder if you could make an adapter to bridge the gap between standard hex bit and the proprietary receiver on the ATuMan E3. You could make a killing.
Yes I reckon one could do that, although I haven't tested it on the larger self tappers. I was just keeping mine for the smaller electronic things. I have been looking for a good jewelers screw-driver set for sometime. A lot of the smaller ordinary hex type sets are too short on the bit lengths to reach into equipment. The ATuMan type are the first I have seen to overcome this problem. I do have an amazing new ordinary cordless screwdriver to show soon, one of which was in the budget range as well. It has amazing quality, spec and performance though. You look like a friendly cat. How come you have ended up being feral? Also can you tell me whether those electronic devices, that are meant to deter cats, work?
My experience with electronic pest control devices is that they tend to work for a while. Then, the targeted pests become tolerant to the "noise" and adapt and thus, resume their normal routine. I am not a cat, but I took in a feral cat (Smiley) who was friendly unless she was handled the wrong way, in which she summarily drew blood. She took off one night and never returned. I dedicated my channel to the wonderful creature whom I dearly miss.
I like the way you answer, ...plus the fact that you live in hope. Losing a lovely animal is very depressing to say the least,.... maybe she will return one day. One does hear stories that they do, sometimes even after a long period of time. I had semi indoor rabbits for many years and loved the fact that each one of them had a unique wonderful personality. Most people never see this, because of their ignorance towards animals. I had to put one of my hen's down the other day and I even miss her. If you tell some people they really do not understand.
I just received mine ATuMan E3 and I can tell that the screwdriver is great! I am amazed how precise the bits are - outstanding machining! More over, the bits are compatible with the Wera Kraftform Kompakt Micro bit holder.
Hi the bits are made for specifically for this make I think. I just bought the manual AtuMan set and it has many more types of bits but the same fitting. I will show this soon
Hi Steve, is there any chance you could do a video on improving backlash on the cross slide and top slide screws on the Myford. I don't know anybody with an ML7 so have nothing to compare with. i love your work and know that if anybody can help, you can. Thank you
Hi I just loosen the hand winder handle on the end, screw the increment dial in until it stops, hold with a spanner then re-tighten hand winder handle. There will still be a certain amount of backlash, but I don't bother about it. If the slides are adjusted nicely on the gibs it doesn't really cause any problems. All the lathes I have ever used, including industrial lathes, tend to have some backlash, so I have always machined in a method and way so that it doesn't bother me.
Hi Steve, I really enjoy your videos and think you always explain everything very clearly. I wonder if you are aware that the "A" setting on this screwdriver is an automatic custom setting that can be set by the user. A double click on the end button allows the A settings to be customised.
Hi Thanks, I wasn't aware of that. I wondered what the "A" setting was for. Thanks for sharing this information. I really like this excellent screwdriver and their manual screwdriver sets as well. Regards steve
New to your channel dislike the screw driver even the later higher torque one we utilize a German made brand fit for the task at the hand of these two micro machinists and watchmakers never the less we love your videos and became subscribers because you offer great value and guidance.
Steve your tuition videos are great, and I sometimes like your salesman videos, if the product is really useful, (but not this so called electric screwdriver) I think I might be more inclined to like them if now and then you said that this or that item you were reviewing were rubbish or not worth buying, I haven't seen that video yet. You have a great fan base, please don't lose them, back to tuition not adverts Steve, regards Colin.
Hi Colin, The screwdriver is a big seller to people that do electrical and phone repairs. I actually used mine again today and find it really useful and an excellent product in every way. The reason you don't see any items declared rubbish, or not worth buying, is because I won't review that type of thing. I have obtained several different things in the past that have turned out to be poor quality or have some bad points that I don't like. These are usually taken and given to my local recycling center or maybe a charity shop. In other words, I haven't got time to bother with wasting precious time and energy reviewing poor quality products or things that are no good for an intended use. So to sum it up... if you see a review that I have done, it is because I got the item for a specific purpose, I really like it and have kept it for further use. I really can't understand why people get poor quality and rubbish things to review....I just wouldn't be able to handle that, as I like things that are perfect,... or maybe very near perfect! Regards Steve
...Electronic Screwdriver With Seed ... And I thought 3D printing was a technological breakthrough- does this screwdriver somehow impregnate female screwdrivers? ☺
Hi Ken,I actually like them better than the hexagon type bits. They look better quality and it is easy to make up an adapter to take other bits as well.
The screen of the screwdriver went off. Now I can only use same manually and since it is rather heavy is of no use. The alternative is to use it by guessing when pressing the bottom. Waste of money in electronic tools. I rather prefer their manual screwdrivers such as the X-Mini

Sorry my friend, this is not my type of video. This isn't a complaint or a rant, just giving you what little bit of feedback that I can without sounding like some sort of jerk.
Hi Ian, There is a simple solution though, Just watch the videos that are your type. That's what I do with the channels I subscribe to. If a video doesn't interest me then I don't watch it, or just go onto another channel video when I realize it is something I'm not into. I never say anything to the producer either, because its my choice. There is no logic in watching everything that someone produces on UA-cam, I can't understand where this type of illogical thinking came from? It is really baffling? Regards Steve
Crazy Clown ... You are incredibly and unnecessarily rude; I can only assume you feel safe behind the anonymity of the internet, whilst in the real world you wouldn’t dare talk to someone like that. Are you in a trade, manufacturing or engineering? 300rpm is excessive for the size of work this is intended for. This is designed for small, delicate work. Pneumatic torque drivers are used on assembly lines for larger units, their power and speed would be entirely unsuitable for the kind of work this tool is intended for. That’s why it exists, and its specifications are entirely appropriate.
I am really looking for this thing, but it seems nowhere to be found.
Doctor Who has had one of those for years.
That’s pretty awesome man

Link does not work?
I haven't seen them on the Banggood site lately, so they may not do them anymore?
Steve Jordan any other site?
I can't find any on eBay either. Maybe they have gone out of production.
Damn, I wish I had a use for this awesome little tool.....then I could justify a bit of 'retail therapy' ;)
Get into FPV and building your own drones, its fun!🤪
Do the bits have a proprietary attack, or is it possible to use the normal bits on the market?
Hi the bits are made for specifically for this make I think. I just bought the manual AtuMan set and it has many more types of bits but the same fitting. I will show this soon
Hello, is there any adapter for these bits to use with the normal 4mm bits that have in the market? thanks.
Hi Luiz, not that I know of, but it would be easy to make one up on the lathe.

To slow, needs to be at least 300rpm
Obviously you are too crazy to know what you're talking about?...:) How could it possibly be too slow?!!
@@SteveJordan *How fucking dumb are you. If you have 30 screws to unscrew & screw back up I think a 300rpm will be alot faster you stupid dumb fuck*
