They are starting with the plan for the Tempest, Eurofighter etc. The Italian defence contractor Leonardo hack that crazy people tried to tie into the American election was actually to get to target details of Europe’s biggest unmanned fighter jet programme and aircraft. This is what Russia does. They let others spend the money and then steal the plan and try and improve upon them. This new Russian jet looks identical to the Tempest. He said he's never seen a design like that at the rear but that's how the Tempest is.
Correct but its new engine is in development, only to be completed in around 2027. F35 is also not that stealthy from the back. The Russian stealth doctrine is to make it SOMEWHAT stealthy form the front, enough to make sure the adversary's radar won't lock on until it is relatively close. From the back its an entirely different story. Basically, this is a more defensive doctrine designed to take on incoming hostile targets head on, buying them enough time to get in close range to use their superior manoeuvrability, otherwise why keep the IRST bubble on the nose (with its horrible stealth characteristics)?
@@305jarhead8 - Sure, I don't claim to be any sort of expert but this guy mentions that the Russian plane has no rear elevator and that he could not think of another plane that didn't. The new Tempest doesn't have a rear elevator. All three look alike from the side but the American ones do have rear elevators. The Tempests claims to be a 6th generation aircraft and was only unveiled a couple of years ago. My only real point was that the Russians have been caught successfully hacking Leonardo Aerospace a few years ago and two Italian guys went on trial for that and they were after stealth fighter designs. My point is that Russia tends to take from everyone and try and improve upon it which is how they save a lot on development costs. I remember when they had a working space shuttle with a few years of the Americans unveiling theirs. It looked identical and it's pretty obvious they didn't developed it, they stole it. Small mistake: This particular prototype WILL fly in about 2023. It probably can already fly, just needs more testing etc. Also, 57 isn't trolling F22 and F35, it is a Sukhoi tradition starting form Su 7, Su 17, Su 27, Su 37, Su 47 (that reverse swept wing prototype) and finally Su 57. I am more surprised they didn't name it the Su 67 but they explained that it had to do with 5 and 7 being Sukhoi's "lucky numbers". This was said by the chief designer during its presentation.

I don't know but Russian's shouldn't worry about keeping up with the USA, without first trying to see if its planes can fly over Ukraine being shutdown to the ground. Once they're ever to overcome that hurdle (if they ever can do that) then they can try to catch up with US fighter jets. By the way, and Ukraine barely has fighter jets. What does that tell you?
...ironic in that the SU-75 "Checkmate" is considered to be a competitor to the F-35 as the latter was initially based off of a former Soviet/Russian concept known as the Yakolev-141, a VTOL fighter being developed for former Soviet, then after the fall, Russian Navy for carrier operations. When that project began running into financial difficulties Lockheed/Martin (the main contractor for the F-35) stepped in and infused over 400$ million into continued development which gave them complete access to all all the technical data involved. The company also ordered two flying prototypes plus a static test airframe for further evaluation (none of which were ever completed or delivered as the Russian Navy shut the entire programme down by the mid 1990s) Though the YK 141 was much larger and heavier (as well as not stealthy at all), it also suffered from mediocre manoeuvrability and performance as well as high development costs. One of the main similarities between the two is the engine placement, as well as design of the swivelling nozzle for the "C" variant of the F-35 along with use of auxiliary lift engines to stabilise it in VTOL operation (though the YK 141 used two small vertically mounted turbofans while the F-35C employs a large ducted fan just aft of the cockpit).

Or the Su-57, that will be getting the new Izdeliye-30 engines that would allow it to fly at supersonic speeds without an afterburner. Meanwhile the US is still incapable of fixing the 600+ design flaws of the F-35 that it has. Oh, and what about the AGM-183 test that has been conducted just last week when it splashed down in the ocean when it couldn't start flying? And it doesn't even have the same range as the Dagger missile. All of you in this comment section were thoroughly brainwashed by the mainstream media it seems. We will talk about it when it will be in production, for now it is just a prototype, if Russia developed it in 1 year it is a checkmate to our long, very long time development of F-35, also we will see the cost of it in Russia versus the astronomical cost to American taxpayers of F-35.
This new plane is not a prototype but the exact exemplar that will fly in two years. Russia has been years late with Su-57 but this new one will fly much sooner since it is based on Su-57 since most equipment is ready by now.

The rear engine nozzle looks pretty conventional, just like on the F-35. It would seem the designers chose not to pursue a low IR signature design such as that of the F-22 which uses rectangular nozzles. Since the large metal turbines are directly exposed via straight line-of-sight this implies that this aircraft (much like the F-35) would have significantly impaired radar stealth from directly behind. It would seem that both the US and Russian designers have come to the conclusion that omitting these 5th generation features is a good trade off for the added design issues of the rectangular F22-style, low-IR, low radar-visibility jet nozzles.
they choosed that nozzle over a rectangular one so that they could keep the 3d thrust vectoring .... the thrust vector in the f-22 moves up and down left and right ..... not 3D .... russians really love there maneuverability in there jets ,one of the reasons i love russian jets ,they move like UFO's

@@AnyoneCanSee If you look at Northrop YF-23 looks Strikingly similar to this Russian SU-75 Checkmate.
Sorry waffled.

"Competitor to USA's F-35"... Woaw... What an effort!
...ironic in that the SU-75 "Checkmate" is considered to be a competitor to the F-35 as the latter was initially based off of a former Soviet/Russian concept known as the Yakolev-141, a VTOL fighter being developed for former Soviet, then after the fall, Russian Navy for carrier operations. When that project began running into financial difficulties Lockheed/Martin (the main contractor for the F-35) stepped in and infused over 400$ million into continued development which gave them complete access to all all the technical data involved. The company also ordered two flying prototypes plus a static test airframe for further evaluation (none of which were ever completed or delivered as the Russian Navy shut the entire programme down by the mid 1990s)
Though the YK 141 was much larger and heavier (as well as not stealthy at all), it also suffered from mediocre manoeuvrability and performance as well as high development costs.

It has total thrust vectoring.

Let's pray to die for our friends, to be given the Holy Spirit and led on the narrow path, until we are home, where the Lord's House have a room for each and every of us, no matter who we are and what we have been. Grace above grace!
*"Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." "You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."*
New concept Russian fighter jet, taking orders and prepayment for production. Good luck on delivery.
pull system is more efficient for such a high-tech item. for example if you want to buy a Tesla car, you have to preorder as well.
Mom I want F-35
Mom: we have f-35 at home
F-35 at home: …..
how is 2x the speed at 1/2 the cost "competition"? Id call it getting your sh1t stuffed.
It looks cool. That’s all it is, cool looking.
Yeah?...how about the aerodynamic surfaces?...doesn't it make you ask yourself:"hmmm with this type of aero design and the lack of elevators on the tail,I wonder what they're using to compensate for the elevators, surely the vectoring nozzle in the back?...I wonder what the performance on this beast is?...how much lift to drag percentage can the engine produce?"
Yeah just cool looking.

Why don’t they unveil the uap that can defy physics
Because they want you to believe in aliens.
Because that’s the US govs. And if they unveil that… think about the implications… that thing could stop any nuclear missile attack… destroy an entire navy with ease. It would cause international arms race/conflict.
If they have something like that why would they let people know it exists?
@@_flyingcat_7527 because then everyone would try to steal it… it would become an international distaster. A new arms race.
@@_flyingcat_7527 the US military is already so far ahead in terms of technology and power. There’s no point in releasing that to the public. Just save it for a real conflict.
From what I read, this isn’t much of an F-35 competitor
It’s more like a more advanced F-16 competitor
A cheap, relatively versatile and replaceable aircraft.
Not an expensive, high end aircraft.
I may be mistaken but from what I read that’s what I understood this aircraft was more of.
Lots of USA spies on that show room.
This report : " this plane compete western planes , are western journalist allowed to sit in cockpit , western this , western that."
Eh, it doesn't look like it'll have the maneuvering characteristics of an F22 or even an F35.
