try a leaf blower from the inside end first, sometimes it will send it all out the outdoor part. but the concentric intakes can be a blocking pain and hold it in. lol

Welcome back Joe, it’s been awhile. Yeah those concentric vents look nice but afford no protection from the rodents. 👍🇨🇦

Just had a no heat today. Lennox giving me pressure switch codes. I checked the condensate tube inside the furnace and as soon as I pulled it from the collector box all this nasty smelling water and chunks of fur and maggots came out. It smelled horrible. So I took apart the venting and sure enough there was what was left of a rodent of some kind. I told the homeowner that I could clear the pipe as much as I could but there’s not much I’ll be able to do about the smell after that.

guess you could also plumb the nitrogen tank to the inside end and let it flow at moderate rate for a bit. no oxygen = no mouse in a short time, then leaf blower, but it probably wont blow out due to the concentric intake hood, but always a college try with leaf blower first. 😎

Usually the most I see are dead but this one didn't want to leave his house. He had one in a condenser once that jumped out at me. Ran down my leg
