Preliminary NTSB report shows Dali lost power before leaving Port

What crazy is that ship now has power n has not lost power since it hit the bridge

Its crazy how quickly that bridge collapsed. It shows me that there needs to be better engineering that goes into making these bridges. If one piece of the bridge collapsed it shouldnt be that the whole bridge goes down with it.
