60 years old Siyaram ke Chole Kulche in Lajpat Nagar | Best Chole Kulche in Delhi

In the much-crowded bylanes of Lajpat Nagar, you will notice this small and famous chole kulche wala who is known for the chole kulche and has been serving since 60 long years and he is famously called Siyaram Kulche chole wala. You will see this place always crowded especially during lunch hours. All his plates get wrapped by the afternoon itself. When asked by the person himself that how many plates does he sell in a day? He said, “It is not easy to keep a count of them because of the crowd and all our plates get sold by 4 pm maximum.” This place doesn’t have a proper seating, and you will have to stand and eat but guys, it’s totally worth it.
They sell it for 50 bucks per plate in which they give 3 kulchas and chole in a patta topped with onion and lemon slice on the side. The bowl full of delicious, the chole are spicy as well as tangy and the Kulchas are soft and fresh.
Despite the fact that they only offer one item, they sell enough Chhole Kulche each day to support 4-5 families. Yes, you read it right, this joint alone provides for the families of all the owners.

🙄 60 saal me aadmi puura block kharid leta h. Restaurant ban jata h. Inhone aajtak ek dukan bhi nhi li. Whatever. All I know is that india is all about street food. Nobody likes to eat in a restaurant. Because street food is easy to reach to, cheap, tasty and tummy filling. That's why GOPALJI Chole bhature in sec 2,rohini has bought 2 shops and many apartment in that area. Sells his stock in just 4 hours.

in one day they r selling more than 2k plates so they r gaining 100,000 a day minimum.. and think in a year they r earnings..if we assume half to be savings then they r earnings are apprx 365/2=180 lakhs means 1.8 crores and they r paying 0 rs as tax

Main toh Kam se Kam 1000 plates k hisaab se 4000 kulche he count kar raha hoon jabki yeh Kam se Kam bhi 1700 plate bechte hain. Iss hisaab se inki kamai 1 saal mein 2 crore se upar hai. Bhai humse badhiya toh yeh log hain jo pata nahi govt ko tax dete bhi hain ya nahi. Inka Kam se Kam tax 50 lakh banta hai saal ka aur dete honge sirf 10-12 hazaar. Bhai unorganised sector mein andhi kamai hai agar aapki dukaan ya thiya Lajpat Nagar jaisi kisi jagah mein hai.
