Gosh this game looks so fun! And this playthrough looks amazing! Toonz and Squirrel are terrible cops, but great UA-cam partners! They are always funny when they play together! This is kind of like 'Ready or Not' but a top down shooter! Noice!
Pro tip: Instead of yelling at them to surrender, try getting close and wack them. One blow guarantees a surrender rather than having them run around the map.
They figured that out near the end.

@@5at5una The only thing I got out of that is that he has time to play with the vanoss crew (who to me isn't really all that.) but he doesn't have enough time to play with Toonz, Squirrel, Jihi and the crew.

I believe you can melee people who run away from you and not lose points since it's considered evading arrest in the game. Thus you don't have to always chance them down.
