Thanks so much for this video. So true what you said about idleness. Whenever I am idle I tend to get anxious and overeat to make myself feel better. I ain’t talking salads neither! This habit has had a negative impact on my health, my finances (food is so expensive)and my spiritual connection to the Lord. Listening to your testimony made me realize I need to deal with this issue more seriously with prayer and outside help. God bless you Bettye, you’re always on time 💕
