I think Lee Know has a very interesting personality, and unfortunately, his very sharp wit is easily misunderstood by people that don’t take a closer look. He is a man of action, and his actions are very loud in my opinion, but you have to know what to look for. When I got into the fandom, I watched a lot of content about his iconic lines and about, what seemed at the time, his very weird behaviour, but now, having watched more of Stray Kids content, I can easily see he trully much more than his amazing sense of humor. As Bang Chan said it himself, Lee Know cares a lot about people around him, even if it may not seem like it. And this way of thinking is also so clearly reflected on his work ethic. On BTS footage of dance practices, he is almost always leading and monitoring the group when it comes to performances, but I’ve never seen him talk about it by his own initiative. I’ve seen Changbin and Chan mention they see him as a dance leader on Two Kids Room, Seungmin talk about how he helped choreograph one of their stages, and the Kingdom Wolf BTS where he helps Felix and I.N. with their dancing for the group collab. And he does it all so quietly, I feel a lot of people on the fandom still overlook it. Honestly, I respect him a lot. I am older than him, but I always learn from his way of thinking.
I love Minho. I agree with his wit. He is so quick and funny. My favorite of Lee Know is when he is reading Stays comments on Vlive. He is sooo funny because he so quick with his teasing. I love this group.
Yeah, well, people who don't know him think he's a tough guy, but he's not.He has a sweet and delicate sensibility.
He often teases members, but there are more times when he cares about them quietly.
i hope that people who get into the fandom take the time to get to know them all, i know minho might be more laid back but...hes so worth it to get to know!!im glad that i noticed him very fast, and he became my ult in just like two or three days because i adore his personality so damn much♥ i dont get why people dont see him at first but when they do, i hope they look through those dumb compilations and really take a look at someone that warmhearted and fun♥theres a reason minho and chan are called the "parents" of the group; minho always takes care of them all, and people will notice that sooner or later when they start stanning, im sure of it♥♥♥
I wouldn’t say overlooking. It’s more a learning curve, I feel like the longer you been in the fandom, than more you familiarize you with the boys, the more you notice these small details. I feel like that’s something than baby stay and casual listeners first need to learn. It’s exactly like you said, you need to watch those bts and those content videos to get a good understanding of his character or at least of the one he chooses to show us.
@@HopeeInk I’m happy to hear you feel like this, because I hope it is true. What I meant by overlooked, is that there are a lot of guides for baby Stays that paint Minho as a mean person (?), and honestly, a lot of those don’t seem to get/show the joke part. Like, literally showing him saying No “rudely” to a member, and cutting out the part where he immediately does it anyway, things like that. After a while, it just gets annoying, because this is his own fandom, and I don’t want him to feel like he can’t be himself. I talk about this, because work and personality in idol culture clearly overlap, so if people don’t get/like him, they are not likely to care if, say, he gets 0.2 screentime in God’s Menu MV. But I definitely feel like this year was huge for him (I mean, hello, how many variety gigs can a man get?), and people are starting to highlight his dynamic with the members better. I mean, Stray Kids are so whipped for each other, it’s endearing. Ps: Christmas Evel is out and it’s so gooooood.
Yes it is kind of sad, but I think with the Korean culture, age is super important. So Bang Chan due to his age and Leadership position is always in what we Stays call “Dad” mode where he is in charge and herding the skz all the time. It’s super sweet in chans room when he is most playful also when some older members that he has trained with turn up. He becomes more “makinae” very sweet.

It's not bad being called the Dad tho... Cuz you know... He's like someone who want other persons who he loves to be a good and self confident person...but at the same time he doesn't realise how much he's doing for them, us and himself too.
That's really what a parent (also sometimes or many older or maybe younger siblings) does too... taking care of others but don't realising that it's hard for others to be like them... To be such a selfless person and thinking mainly about the good and growth as a team/family. There's nothing wrong to be called mom or dad... Cuz as a elder sis myself I like when my bro sometimes says that "mom mode on!!"... Also love to tease them or hear them nagging bout it. Getting this mom title is loving... So loving and beautiful cuz being a "mom" or "dad" doesn't mean we are not cute ... Literally I find my mom cuter than myself sometimes...lol that's true tho 💕🤡
What I've noticed from Chan is that usually when they're all together he tends to stay on the side quietly. You can tell he's listening to the conversation and will give reactions like laugh, nod, etc. But he doesn't imput as much as the others. Sometimes he seems to also just be doing things in his own little world I feel like he stay quiet when theyre all together to just give the guys their own time to shine (seeing as how he has a live show he does every week therefore interacts with Stays on his own time). Whereas in English interviews he takes the lead because hes the leader and also because he speaks English.
Changbin is also a sweet soul, his darkness is telling truth and reality. His song writing connects us all the time (like with Han) I love that Changbin enjoys teasing and being teased, yet it never goes into nasty or meanness.

I feel like Changbin is very emotionally intelligent. He is so connected to his own emotions, he just let's himself feel and be vulnerable. I believe that's why he is such a powerful and charismatic performer when rapping, while at the same time writing the most beautiful and deep lyrics for songs like Ex.
I'm a bit late to watch this but I'm pretty happy with your analysis. I'll rant here a bit, because I've been following these boys since their debut and would like to think I have a good grasp on their personalities, or at least their characters when they're on camera. I'm doing my masters in psychology now so a lot of what you said really interested me.
Lee Know, in my honest opinion, is probably the most self-assured out of the all the boys. He's confident in what he says, and as you said, he doesn't look for external validation to affirm himself. This hasn't changed in the last 3-4 years either, and I think out of all the boys, he's the most consistent when it comes to personality.
What I think he learned early on was to really enjoy himself on camera. People like Chan and Han are more comfortable putting up a façade in front of the camera of their best traits- a caricature if you will. They're not fake, but they're the type of people whom you can nail down with a few words. Han is easily described as funny, quick-witted, energetic and mischievous. Chan is selfless, kind, thoughtful and paternal. On the other hand, you have people like Seungmin and Hyunjin, who are more reserved and don't quite keep a consistent character on camera. Seungmin can sometimes be loud and chaotic, but other times be very soft-spoken and meek. There's a sense of comfort that he draws from the silence and he does seem content and relaxed in front of the camera. But people like him and Hyunjin do not make an active effort to communicate with the audience. Which is not a bad thing, by the way. It's simply how he is. They speak when they need to speak, and nothing more. It's a type of confidence that's unique to them.
Felix, IN and Changbin are the opposite of Lee Know in my opinion. Their characters are inconsistent, and you get a feeling that they're still experimenting how to portray themselves on camera. They look for external validation to know how to act, whereas Lee Know acts the way he feels comfortable acting. Whereas these three would look for audience feedback to employ characteristics, Lee Know tells the audience how he wants to act.
And that is what I find truly fascinating about Lee Know. He's so hard to describe because he's unashamedly himself. He's confident in himself and how he comes across to an audience. The way he treats his members is the same way he treats the audience, the same way he treats his close friends and the same way he treats everyone else. There's no nuance in him, which is why everyone knows that he's a complex human. Everyone is complex, people like Chan and Han just make it easier to characterize them, people like Felix mould according to what others want, and people like Seungmin let others simply make a conclusion of their own. Lee Know tells us who he is, which is the beauty of his personality.
He's such a refreshing type of person in Kpop, and its this culmination of factors that really make me want to keep watching.

I think now days Felix,In and Changbin are more secure or more like more honest with their need of validation,Changbin is pretty clear at least for me about the things he doesn`t like and the thigns he likes and needs. He shows more of his Dweakki side to be aproacheble and to make stay happy but that dosean`t mean it is fake, actually I can see it in his chilhood/young teen photos where he just has that same energy. It`s not like he lies is just that we see less of the side of him that is very introspective,emotionaly inteligend but quiet too and able to understand others. He has his "flaws" like pride/ego but they are not things that make you see him in bad light at least for me especially since he worked his ass off to be where he is he for sure has the right to be proud and to get angry when people look down the thing he and Stray Kids do. And yes he still seeks validation but now he is a bit more vulnarable and honest aside from his music, now he shows it more on camera too. His character is combination of various things that make him so human precisely because he isn`t perfect. My only worry is that the growing fanbase may force them [ As in the whole group] to hide their emotions because people overanalise every bad day that they have and it can be overwhelming so the guys may be forced to play happy even if they aren`t just to avoid that wave of theories fans come up with also fans that donn`t understand that they are just people and expect nothing but happines and I don`t like that
YES I agree with Lino's analysis ... He really doesn't seek validation at all and omg I always thought that about Chan and Han.... They are good at changing in front of the camera but it's not being fake as you said too.... It's just like being able to activate 'the right side" for the situation... That's why people assume Han is an energetic extroverted from watching him on their shows but see a different layer in his lyrics, solo lives or vlogs ! I also think that ability is one of the reasons Chan makes a good leader and has a good relationship with the staff...
While I understand why you'd make such conclusions about Bang Chan based on these two videos, he definitely is just as close with the other members as they are with each other. He's very selfless in the sense that when the others want to say or show something, he prefers to give the spotlight to them rather than taking it for himself.
He's actually really good at getting down to their level age-wise (as per Korean age hierarchy) and acting silly, playful, and very affectionate with them.
In turn, they tease him a lot as well.
Chan definitely takes on the burden of the leader and feels a lot of responsibility for the kids, but you can be sure that this role doesn't stop them from being close and emotionally available to him and vice-versa💙
With Bang Chan you're right about the fact that his bond with the other members differs compared to what they have with each other however like you also mentioned briefly this is mostly cause he's more of a caretaker (we call him the father of the group) he cares so much about the members and also calls them the kids which is really cute
when it comes to skinship he takes part in that dynamic and this is especially apparent with Felix his aussie bro also the other members have a different approach to how they show their care when it comes to Channie since he's first of all the leader and second of all a person who burdens himself with so much for them so they try to keep their issues to themselves to avoid troubling him further this doesn't mean they're not comfortable with him though!
I hope you make more videos of skz since I really enjoyed this video! also for a change of pace or when you've watched all the videos in this series I'd recommend Kids Room where their personalities are shown a bit clearer in my opinion due to the fact that there's a more playful tone and more focus on each member since they're split up
When ' those four' or 'us four' is mentioned, it's usually talking about Seungmin, Hyunjin, Felix, and Jisung who were all born 2000
In Asian culture, age is this big thing so it's easier to be more comfortable and closer to people born in the same year as you, so even the year difference between Changbin and the 00 line makes this big difference in their dynamic

True but I think Korea is more strict when it comes to age because I have noticed with Chinese and Japanese idols they tend to be more relaxed and open with each other regardless of age.Especially with Chinese idols who often are on variety shows with others of different age gaps.
@@mandyxxn yeah definitely! Korea is definitely a bit more on the strict side, I'm Vietnamese so I experience some of that emphasis on age, and wanted to speak on more general terms since I'm not Korean and can't speak from a Korean perspective ^^
Lee know is a very responsible and mature person. That's the reason why chan trusts him so much to leave the kids in his care when he's busy. We call Lee know and Chan the parents of the group. But, at the same time like Lee know said, he's really comfortable with the younger members, mainly due to the fact that he was the youngest in his dance crew days and he has said that he can relate to how the the younger member feels on that aspect. Even though age is a big thing in Korea, I feel like Lee know made sure that his younger members don't have to worry about that too much while they're around him. Han has said multiple times like how lee know creates an environment that he doesn't have to worry about their age differences and how the members have said how lee know was like a friend more than an older brother. Lee know is someone who quietly watches over you from behind. He's not someone who shows off that he's caring and that he loves you. And I feel like he doesn't need to. He's comfortable with the fact that the members know how much he cares and thats enough for him. He doesn't care if the world sees it or not. They know it and that's enough. You cannot see it but its always there. Thats what I love about him.He's like their guardian angel. Lee know wants the members to feel and express themselves how they want to be around him in their own way without holding back or worry about things like age.
One thing I'll say to your comment which was beautiful there are different ways to show that you care for someone and for me Lee Know does a good job at this through his actions him cooking for them and doing things silently like buying milk because they need it but not bothering to answer when the members ask who's milk it is before using it and feeding them and actually creating a comfortable atmosphere with them rather than giving off a strict older brother vibe. Chan said just having Lee know smile make him happy and we've seen it tons of times Chan absolutely cracking up while Lee know does the bare minimum lol. Also as Chan himself said Lee know observes and will ask him from time to time if he's okay when he notices that he feeling down so yes but these things are not done for our eyes that's why I find them more genuine

Bangchan, he is the doting father figure, the therapist. He will physically get restless if he doesn't know if everyone is okay. He is emotionally aware of each member and their relationships with other members and is the half that encourages the members to be open and vulnerable with him- to share their concerns and problems and find the solutions. Bangchan created an environment where everyone is allowed to be open with each other. he is always the one to move forward to fix any problem. However, the consequence is Chan not having a brotherly relationship with the member's like they each have. they all CLEARLY love and respect him the most out of everyone and know of the sacrifices/burdens he carries, but they treat him like a father- and like kid's they have this boundary they don't cross out of respect for the father, becuase they see him highly. In felix's room Chan said felix doesn't have skinship with him, or lee know has never paid for him. Being so reliable ended up with the members not realising that they could treat chan the same and that it is something he truly wants- to be the one that helps but also treated dearly.
Lee know is the complete opposite. He is the tsundere. the undercover carer. The strict mother. the one that refuses, but the first to also step up and help out. Lee know is self-assured, confident with himself, his position in life, his future goals and how to precisely get there. being such a realist he limits extra emotion as it is something that could hinder progress instead. That doesn't mean he bottles it up or encourages that with the members, he just understands the limit of how much is too much. He acknowledges their concerns and their emotions, and responds through actions. With lee know it's like; 'why stay hung up on something you have already self-reflected on? it is in the past, don't be too harsh on yourself, now it is time to move on and go to the next step becuase there is always room for improvement'. lee know cares when he does everything along the way with you as a companion. He devises an action plan to solve the problem and takes the member step by step through it. He knows just talking it out or planning a solution isn't enough, but actively making changes right now will help the member's improve daily. Lee know is also very emotionally intelligent, and the mentally strongest in the group. He finds the good in life and doesn't let the bad affect him internally. he has a good understanding of how the world/life works and how to enjoy it. He teaches the members to let go and stop allowing things to affect them. He encourages people to stop living in their mistakes and give themselves another chance. He is very practical, very real and optimistic.
The first impression of Lee Know is that he is a cold person, but he is the opposite! Lee Know is the second oldest of the group, so you can see his maturity, to stay he is the second leader because he is BangChan's right hand when he is absent, he takes good care of the members and that BangChan appreciates a lot, it really is like a cat, it is not to express physical affection, but in silence it cares for and protects you.
Changbin is a very mature boy, for him mental health is everything, so he worries his members and constantly motivates them, he is very good at listening to the problems of others.
And regarding Bang Chan, he is the most like a father in this family, he formed the group and chose the members, but he also spends less time with them because he locks himself in the recording studio 24/7 to make music, but that's it does not mean that he does not know them, on the contrary, it could be said that he knows the boys better than anyone.

Bang Chan is definitely the dad of the group and STAY loves to make a lot of jokes about him being the father of 7 unruly kids lol, but there's also a lot of times where he's being goofy and physically affectionate with the others, particularly the younger ones like I.N. and Seungmin, where he almost goes into an "overly affectionate auntie" mood and teases them with tight hugs and cooing voices. He's also very considerate and will sit back and let them talk and just watch them with sparkles in his eyes toward them. He also stated in a vlive that it's become his habit to always stand at the back or all the way to one side so that he has a clear view of the "kids" (yes he called them kids lol) and can make sure everyone's there and have them all in his sightline. Bang Chan is so full of love and is a very loyal person and a phenomenal leader.

Lee Know is such a lovely soul:) all of the guys take care of each other in such a fun, serious and calm way at different times. They can be hyper but also so much thought behind what they say and do.
Chan cares about the members a whole lot. I think he loves them more than anyone else. We’ve caught him so many times on camera looking at them emotionally, eyes full of gratefulness and love to have them by his side. He’s really selfless and even Hyunjin said that in Chan’s mind It’s more “stray kids” than “bang chan”. He talks less in these kind of contents because he prefers giving them the attention, spotlights and hearing what they have to say. It is true that he is more on the ‘dad/mentor’ side but not in the way that he is less closer to them, on the contrary, there’s no one in the world that loves stray kids more than him. He even once said that the only times he gets angry is when someone is hurting his members. His bond is different with the members, but it really does not make it less genuine, sincere, affectionate, physically and emotionally close (reusing your words here 😅)

Lee know's very goofy on bubble (chatting-with-fan app) so i get the feeling that he's very aware when he's in public physically that's why he always seems 'shy' irl
It's funny you mention Felix not teasing the other guys, I think that's really true. Felix is like the real baby of the group. He doesn't tease the others much, and Lee Know, who teases everyone is always so sweet with him. Oddly enough, the member I've seen Felix tease the most is Lee Know which is such a cute dynamic.
I also think Felix must have been sick or just really not feeling well during these interviews. I've always thought he was so quiet and subdued during these videos versus his usual sunshine personality. A fun way to see them interact naturally is to watch their Vlives. There's two where teams of four members took turns cooking and competing on who could make a better meal. Because it's live and in their dorm there's a lot of natural communication happening I think. Also, the latest episode of SKZ Code was them hanging out at a cabin and cooking which was very chill and funny and offered a good look at their dynamic I think.

no Felix is a quiet member of Stray Kids. He doesn't talk much because he seems to have a wall and thinks carefully about what he wants to talk about. He is a serious gasket member in Stray Kids.
Your comment about Felix not being the type who instinctively teases I think is very accurate! He's a very loving and affectionate person (which you'll definitely discover if you watch his one kids Room EP)
Chan, Lee Know, and Changbin being the 3 oldest definitely have dad, mom, and older brother roles of the group. At times they can be a bit intimidating or complete crackheads but the kids really depend on them when things get serious!

I think Chan is the type of person that can adapt depending on the situation. Because he can be the one kind of in the back taking care of the members, he can be the serious and strict one, but he can also be the most playful one. If I'm not remembering totally wrong some of the members at one point said that Chan acts a lot like the maknae(the youngest). So I think he knows how to "present" himself depending on the situation.
I'd like to again recommend maybe watching SKZ CODE or SKZ talker, especially if you want to see more of them "letting" loose and having fun. SKZ talker is also most of the time when they're backstage preparing for different stages. So might be interesting to see their interactions at those times.
For Lee Know, it's unfortunately very sad but a lot of people including stays (the fandom) are so quick to judge and misunderstand his personality. One thing I think is amazing is that there is something called Bubble, where they can message and chat with their fans. Lee Know messages there pretty much every single day, he is the one who messages the most out of every single artist that has Bubble. So many non-fans are jealous, and even said they got his Bubble because he messages more than their boyfriend/friend.
Bangchan being the leader, the members lean on to him, but he keeps his feelings and thoughts to himself. That's why i think you didn't feel the emotional connection between him and the members. He is there, listening to them, taking care of them, but he himself doesn't like being a "burden" on others.
But also this is only one video, if you look at more, you will also see Chan opening up a little as well, especially with Felix, they have a really special bond that no two people in the group has. Also he is a totally different person with Han and Changbin since they have been together making music since such a long time.
Lee Know’s personality is everything.
I totally agree with what you were saying about bangchan.. he does feel like the dad of the group sometimes.. hope you will analyze bangchan next.. stray kids is really interesting group and i love the connection and chemistry of all members, they are trully genuine

I’m sure others have mentioned it but Lee Know doesn’t speak much English, so in English interviews he seems maybe a bit cold because he can’t really be very involved.
Lee Know is my favourite. I think he and I have very similar personalities so I definitely relate to his ways of caring for the other members. He genuinely has such a big heart and is such a warm person, but just because of his nature it’s something you pick up on after watching more videos of the members interacting. ☺️

Felix is a very shy person, at the time he was still very insecure about his korean speaking and making a mistake, so he really was just listening and making sure he understands what each of the members were saying.
I chuckled at the part about getting along with the younger members... He's speaking like they're a generation apart lol but he's only like a 2 year difference between most members.

I just entered the Kpop world because of Lee Know, and tried to adapt to Stray Kids songs. He is the sweetest idol and has a great personality. I rarely come across someone who is like Lee Know and I am grateful to have known and become his fan.
MY BIASES ! I love how you got to see a more raw side of both of them here. I fall more and more for Changbin every time I rewatch these.
13:43 ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ! You'll understand Felix more when you get to his episode, but he's basically an angel in human form. He'll laugh along when the kids tease each other, but I've only seen him do the teasing like, once or twice.
15:30 Chan definitely *is* just as close to the kids as everyone else and definitely shares a genuine bond with each of them, as well as contribute to the group's dynamic. It's just that in this type of setting, he prefers to listen to what the kids have to say. If you watch SKZ-Talker (their behind the scenes at music shows and concerts content), you'll usually see Chan off to the side, working on music (even in his free time), but still laughing as soon as someone cracks a joke. He's aware of everything that's going on the kids mentioned multiple times how he spams their groupchat the most, but it seems to me he sort of likes to look after the kids and is genuinely satisfied just watching their interactions. Him not being physically affectionate with anyone here and more on the side reminds me of how he said he always stands at the very back of the line wherever they go because he wants to "get a clear view of the kids."
changbin is overall a sensitive soul, he's so sincere with his feelings
Chan is an absolute workaholic. He spends way to much time in the studio. He at least partially produced (I’m pretty sure) every single one of their songs. Even members of other JYP groups have pointed out that he doesn’t take enough care of him self. In addition to that, he’s the oldest member AND leader of the group which means he’s responsible for everyone and he has to deal with the communication between the group and the company. All this adds up to him probably being the one who spends the least amount of time chilling with the other.

Lee Know... He doesn't need the feedback and validation for himself so he doesn't get when/why other people need it. That's why he doesn't give out compliments all willy nilly. And he does things because it's right because he wants to... Not for the recognition or praise. And again he doesn't give praise or recognition to people for things that he doesn't expect it for. So when Lee Know genuinely shows interest and appreciation it feels awesome!!!!
I love the 1,2, and 3 kids room series. They made me gain a lot of respect and understanding to the members, especially Changbin because I didn't really observe his thoughtful and sensitive side at first. And with all of them it's really nice to have videos literally dedicated to them reflecting on certain members, their relationships, and on themselves. It let's them really think about their team dynamics and understand each other. It's like a video capsule showing how they felt and presented themselves at that moment in time.
it's definitely hard to grasp all 8 of their personality and minds in a few vids but im so happy that I really agree with what you are able to get from them- it's super cool to see a non fan and professional perspective match up with my own I'd definitely recommend(and hope) you keep looking into them! the one kids room series is great but for friendships and dynamic of interacting directly it definitely takes a lot of contact to grasp
The comments on this video are very well written as least the few I've read. I love this group very much and I absolutely adore Lee know I hope you'll do more videos on him mainly because a lot of fans seem to misunderstand this gentle soul who honestly is just living his honest genuine life. But 100% he is more than meets the eye.
chan is definitely close with all of them, but he absolutely does have a different sort of bond with each member. he has to be both a friend and like a guardian, in a sense.
i think he has the most "comfort" within 3racha (jisung and changbin), since they have been with him for the longest. those 3 compliment each other extremely well, and i think itd be nice to see you check out some of their videos together at some point (maybe some of those compilations of their vlives?)

Bang chan really plays like a father figure, he calls the members "kids" everytime he's talking about them. The "four" that are mentioned are Hyunjin, Han, Seungmin and Felix cause they're all from 2000, and since in Korea age is a big thing, the four are really comfortable with each other. But if you check out 2 kids room or 2 kids room + 1 you'll see how they're all really close, specially Hyunjin and Han.
Interesting what you said about Chan almost being on the outside looking in. In the one kids room series he isn’t as talkative as in other ones because he mainly just enjoys listening to what the others have to say. But also as he is the leader and the oldest one there is definitely a different way the members will approach and show love for him. They would rather not worry him because h is the one in the group who bears the most responsibility and work so they don’t want to bother him or worry him in any way because they feel like he already has enough on his plate but that doesn’t mean that they don’t talk to him about serious things though. Another thing is that since he is a foreigner in the group there is sometimes where the Korean members wouldn’t necessarily understand some western things he and Felix are more used to, for example childhood experiences or certain slang or just the way he interacts with everyone is definitely something the members had to get used to so maybe that is also a thing you are sensing. I recommend to get to know Chan and Felix or even jisung next because those 3 are some personalities you wouldn’t expect like for example jisung (han) is actually really shy and introverted and has social anxiety but from how he is known as the clown of the group you would’ve never thought that, learning that about jisung was a definite surprise to me and I’m sure it’ll surprise you too.
When you were talking about Felix not teasing the guys at this time Felix did know that much Korean so if he didnt have to speak he kinda wouldn’t because he was very self conscious about messing up but even so felix will tease but in his own way (if you didn’t know)
I really like leeknow and Changbin personality, they're completely opposite but you can tell how good they are as person and older brothers to young members of skz. Changbin is really honest, he is a man with principle (yesss jutdae) by just watching and listening to him talking with other mems you can see how much he love them. As Leeknow a tsundere kind of person, his love language is food (i can't with the fact the he never missed reminding stay to eat every morning, lunch and dinner). He might be not too showy with what he feels but he's very kind and warm person, i want to cry whenever i remember what he said before during survival era/show he's not afraid to not debut, he's more afraid not to be with this friends(skz).
The fact that this two are the loudest among them, oh? well all of them are loud af tho.

I LOVE hearing your thoughts on SKZ. I've been excited for you to talk about Lee Know. He's so interesting to me because he acts very sharp at times, but from the moment I really got into Stray Kids, I thought he was one of the most caring out of the group. I would love to hear your thoughts on Felix! From what I've seen, he tends to be pretty quiet during interviews (possibly because he seems a bit more insecure in his Korean), but all of the members say he is the kindest person. Lee Know recently described Felix as "endlessly kind." Love these videos! Looking forward to more :)
The one kids room series are the best videos to react to if you want analysis on Straykids personalities. The Bangchan and Felix episode are the most wholesome for me.
Felix once said that when they gather around and hangout, he only understands 50% of what the other kids are talking about since hes still learning korean so i think thats why he seem to be quiet in this kind of gathering
stray kids just really are a family you can see immediately how much they love and respect each other and how comfortable they are with each other
it makes their art their music even more special for fans knowing how genuine they are towards each other and towards fans and everyone for that matter

Love that you are dividing into this series because I also learned so much about them. Each member is unique and bring something very different to the table, or group in this case lol but they’ve learned to get along so well. They’re on the same path chasing their dreams and that is something they all take to heart. It’s makes it even more meaningful to have team with such a strong bond bc they have one another to lean on.
Han has said before that even if they weren’t together as a band he loves his members for who they are as people and would still choose to meet, get to know them and stay as friends (something along those lines, i can’t remember exactly lol). They all treasure each other and that’s powerful
Yes I think they respect Bang Chan that's why he feels more "distant"? Like, they don't want to say/do something "unrespectful" to him unless they're joking (but strangely, they also teased Chan so much).
But if they talk about Chan is always emotional, like sometimes I cried when they talk about Chan, or when Chan talks about them.

Felix is more like a cuddle kid. He interact with the members with skinship and hugs =))))) on talking interview like this, Lixie doesn't talk much, but in their vlog abt their normal activities, Felix laugh a lot and really love to hug everybody

That type is usually the most sensitive and caring in my opinion...Just kind of protecting himself ... You can also see him not trying to stand out too much during performances despite his skills, just helping the kids and doing his own thing quietly... He doesn't need validation for sure

Their interactions have continued to develop so much over the years. They are so genuinely at ease with each other at this point. Hyunjin said that they all know each others strengths and weaknesses so they never have any conflicts (he also said he wished someone would argue sometimes because that can generate new ideas) Bang Chan is the leader but frankly at this point, as even Felix said, they have all become so professional and ingrained in their practices that Chan gets to be more of a friend now. I’ve noticed a huge change in his relationships with Lee Know and Hyunjin this past year, it’s like he is more able to step back and let others step up and that’s taken some of his need to always be the leader away. He is more open and playful and they are genuinely happy to bug him and tease him. He’s actually their favourite target after Changbin.

At this point i think Felix was still dealing with the language barrier (he was still kinda new to Korean at this point) and trying to listen to even understand what they’re saying. If u wanna see them interact with each other more thats less like an interview, any SKZ TALKER is great (i would watch a newer one to see what they’re like now), and the SKZ CODE episodes are all great as well. I love all of these communication analysis videos they are really interesting! I look forward to hearing you talk about them again, you go so in depth and I absolutely love it :)
Yes, you can continue with this series if you want to know about each of them from others POV better! You should check Bang Chan's one, you might understand why you get that conclusion about him. For me, I think it's because all of them respect him a lot, so they all kind of more careful to him :)
Their "Two Kids Room+1" is great to check too! They interact in smaller group consist of three members.
I think Felix being quiet is due to the language barrier as well. Felix came to Korea without speaking Korean, he was initially eliminated from the original line up due to that lack in Korean. Nowadays I feel like he’s quite comfortable in Korean, but he told us a few weeks ago that it was hard for him to get to that point as he’s a “slow learner” and Korean was quite difficult for him. I think especially in conversation he seems like someone who only speaks Korean when he feels the need to do so.
Usually, Bang Chan likes to sit at the back or a bit more afar so he can see everyone. Like sometimes, even before they debuted, he'd just stand back and watch everyone all together and smile. I think he does that so nobody gets left behind
Chan has the older brother bond with everyone and he wants to let them talk before he talks. He puts everyone before himself and if you look deeper into their videos you can see how he looks at the members

Thank you for another stray kids reaction! Would love to see you continue to go through these videos. One thing I want to point out is it's not clear when these videos were actually filmed. For example they're uploaded a year ago but look at the difference even in Hyunjin's hair between this one and he one you watched that was focused on him. I think this may have been filmed a quite a bit ago and I think some of their bonds have strengthened since then. Additionally, I would say as a stay that has watched them for awhile and as a mental health professional I think Han is actually a very anxious person but can typically hide it quite well. I don't think he's as confident as he portrays himself. I think Changbin was actually much more open and vulnerable that he typically is. I took him looking away from the camera as avoiding eye contact because it can make one feel more vulnerable. Lee know is very caring about the members younger than him and I think it actually comes pretty naturally to him, but I think like Changbin, he doesn't like to present himself this way very often. Instead he can alternate between being playful and being more reserved but not very open. Chan is VERY conscious of how the other members are doing and I think he not only takes his role as leader very seriously, I think he also tries really hard to make sure all of the members have room to talk and have the spot light. I think Chan has a hard time with being how he thinks a leader should be but also wanting to be the warm and caring big brother he is. I think Chan is like Changbin where he has a harder time with vulnerability but when he does open up it is the most genuine and sincere thing on the planet. I think all of the stray kids members are fascinating to learn more about. They're very beautiful human beings.

what you said about chan was really interesting and i agree in some aspects: he's definitely a part of the group and involved in its dynamics but he does assume a more parental role and listens attentively on the sidelines for official on-camera things hOwever he's also very much physically affectionate and expresses his love for the others very openly so really it depends on the situation - i hope you can watch bang chan and han's one kids room episodes next :]
lee know is just like bang chan. they're used to be in the maknae line and here they go in stray kids they become the eldests hyung line. BUT lee know has a strong mental, he may look cold like doesn't interest to what's going on, he may be savage and cruel in his words but actually he's a softie, cute, kind, supportive, endearing and a caring person. he's our tsundere cat rabbit. please take care and understand, get to know more about lee know. he's that precious. bang chan is indeed more like a "soft" one as the leader also the eldest; but lee know as the second eldest, he can be their strong shield and be the one who act strong and instead of cry he'll hold his tears when the rest cry just to comfort them (like when they got the first win of miroh on 4419 and when they held their concert in seoul in 2019 back then) lee know has that role in stray kids. he's a very caring person who doesn't often ask how was the members day but he'll definitely put all his efforts everytime the kids need his help or just like they ask him to cook something. we love you lee know ❤️

I can't wait for you to react to more of them and get to know them better!! A lot of Stays have already clarified about Chan but I just want to add that, in a recent show they were on, they were asked to pick a member that is most like the "mother of the group". Without a single hesitation everyone picked Chan! They all gave a reason for it and you could tell that it was almost making him emotional! They have such a great bond and the members LOVE to tease him but when they actually get serious and talk about Chan... it's extremely heartwarming to see how much they all admire and care about him! 🥰

Bang Chan always says how he wants the 'kids' to shine more, so he usually stays in the back and let them do their thing. He doesn't really like getting the attention, so i feel like he really wants to get attention to each one of the members, so that they all can get the screen time

On of the core things about Changbin is like you said and like he said many times is that he hates making people feel uncomfortable, seeing people in pain that`s why he often goofs around or is what we call Dweakki - his nickname from korean meaning pigrabbit [ comes from their plushie series] he is all cute and touchy and does silly vbaby like things to make people feel better ,feelwelcomed and relaxed, he can get awkward aroud people he can`t help of didn`t expect to see upset [ I saw short clip from one of their video calls with fans, one girl was cryng and he got so awkward not knowing how to react or what to do ]. Seeing this again and knowing about the numerous songs he had written about the way he and the rest expirience loneliness and just all negative human emotions break my hearth despite knowing that it is normal and at the same time makes me love and respect him even more. Especially the song Streetlight that was one of the sole reasons behind me wanting to get to know them beyond their discography
This is why I got into stray kids. Their high emotional intelligence really surprised me, because everyone single one of them is aware of the other members and they have this gift of articulating their feelings that I didn't know could be expressed. They are honest and themselves and try to keep an open mind when they come across someone that is different to them. It really drew me in, this side of them is quite astonishing considering how young they are, youngest was 18 at the time.

Bangchan is quiet here,because he always let the members shine,and toook the back side role. Doesnt mean he didnt have that level of connection,affection with each other. Every members love and appreciate each other so much

Changbin was one of the guys that I first I didn't notice much (except when he rapped, of course), but slowly but surely he grew on me and it felt indeed like I could learn a lot from him. I particularly love his interactions with Hyunjin and Han, but all of the kids are great of course

They're saying Changbin doesn't talk about himself much, and then a bit later, Changbin himself says he likes to help or at least listen to the other members as much as possible and he acknowledges he doesn't do much sharing about himself.
So.....at this point.....if you haven't already, you need to listen to the song Streetlight, which Changbin wrote and performed. In the song / video, he sings about being a streetlight (sort of a guiding light, if you will), wanting to help others and be there for them.
But in the song he also says sometimes trying to be strong for others all the time is exhausting, and he wonders if someone ELSE can be strong for once because he might need their shoulder to lean on. But then he says he still doesn't feel like he can open up, so he ends up not talking about his own worries and needs. He just keeps everything inside.

i love that you love this series! ive always been really into the different kids room that skz do because, like u said, it really gives us a look into their real personalities and makes us feel that much closer as fans.
Im glad you got to see a bit more of lee know's light hearted side, he can be full of energy and one of the goofiest members sometimes lol. But i also adore the other side of him that is so independent and self-sustaining. he lived on his own for a while, learned how to cook, and became a dancer for bts all when he was only like, 20. hes seriously an amazing person.
changbin is such a headstrong person, but i love that about him. its known among the fandom that he wont put up with anything that hurts the people he cares about. He also plays with the younger kids really well. Hes often on the receiving end of all the teasing and jokes in the group, but he takes it all in stride. i personally think he has the patience of a saint lmao. (also just a quick tip- its pronounced "ch-AH-ng bin" not "ch-ang-bin" heh)
also with bang chan hes said himself that he likes to be at the back/off to the side of the kids not only so he can keep an eye on all of them, but also he likes to just take everything in and admire them like that. ive never met anyone that loves something more than bang chan genuinely loves every single one of these boys

Speaking about Seungmin's comments during the Lee Know session, the two have embraced and leaned into their awkwardness - but I love that despite claims of not fully understanding each other, Seungmin has shown an appreciation of Lee Know's uniqueness and behavior. In the video, Han, who is very close to Lee Know, comments that he doesn't understand Lee Know. Seungmin quickly responds back, "You don't need to understand him." I believe you mentioned this in your 2 Kids Room analysis with Lee Know and Seungmin, but the two have recognized that they may not always understand each other's behaviors, but the respect, the care, and the love is still there. I kind of felt like Seungmin saying, "You don't need to understand him" says that in a way, Seungmin understands Lee Know perfectly. Another great analysis video!
I love your analysis and comments on the members! Their “kids rooms” over the years have really helped me get to know them more as people ever since I became their fan. While it is true that Bang Chan doesn’t seem to have the same bond as the rest of them due to being the oldest and having to act as their “dad” (as we stays say) however in other settings and content that they’ve put out it’s easier to see how they are all very brotherly and Chan can actually act like the maknae (youngest) at times which has become a running joke between them all. Besides their kids rooms (which they have a lot of) a lot of their personality can be seen in their show “SKZ CODE” which has a few episodes from different eras of their career where they do more activities which show off their group dynamic quite well. One of their ongoing skits is their “skz family” which they started in 2019 and did again earlier this year (it was really funny since they reverse age roles and we see them trying to act out their roles).
