The quality of sound and visual is good on this set up. 👏🏼 And glad Ur improving consistently Ur channel has helped me immensely to innerstand my journey with chronic illness cos as much work as it is I'm armed with knowledge tools and belief from awesome channels like it's so thank you 🙏🏽
I'm the same. Sleep well function well. Sleep awful then immune system takes hit and increases in fatigue etc. No reason I'm aware of that impacts my sleep especially if routine etc on par. Good to hear your still doing well 👍 Send some sun here to scotland as its so cold i can't find ma willy 😂
hey mate, good to hear from you. I think that's a comforting thing to realise to be honest, means you just need to double down on sleep as a basic necessity. I've just landed in uk... fucking freezing!!!
@@TheChronicComeback Do you think you could have recovered to the level you are now being here in uk? I feel so much better in the summer im thinking of heading to spain for 3-6 months to focus on healing in good summer weather but im not sure if thats just my brain trying to protect me
Phil, you can travel the world, work, exercise, maintain a relationship - do you feel shit doing these things and still do them? Or do you feel physically able to do these things? I'm genuinely curious because those things (especially working and traveling) to me = recovered. What would make you feel or accept you're "recovered"? 😅 (Btw love the interviews and the intention behind them)
Probably because healing and recovering is not linear. With chronic pain and illness life still goes on so doing things you do through feeling like crap. Some days harder then others.

Looks and sounds good. You help me to move forward. It's been a hard rough road and all of this helps make it a little or lot better.
Sounds like you're doing great man. Hope you continue to improve!
