Kasumi doesn't act her age. Most of the female cast is very mature for there age, futaba isn't one if them so that's why its weirder to some.

@Skell I know why and it makes sense for her character. My point still stands though. The other females often act much older then they are. Futaba doesn't. Not to mention sojiro existing makes it even weirder. Doing his confident and dating futaba just doesn't make much sense story wise.
