1-2 pieces Porkchop (without bone and skin)
salt and ground black pepper (pork seasonings)
breading:
1/4 cup flour
1 small egg
1 tbsp water
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
hot steaming rice
1/2 cup white onion
1 medium egg
katsudon sauce (1 serving):
1/4 cup water
1 tsp dashi powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
sliced onion leeks (garnish)
cooking oil (frying)
