Might be a bit out there, but you could cut your gas tank open and partition off one side and convert it to a oil tank, you’d need to add a second filler and re-seal the tank, as well as you’d lose travel range, but it’s a option. It would be a setup similar to the older Harley’s
Now that is one reason why i love the internet and the MZR community specially!! Great ideas! All the time. Now that is something I’ve never thought of and is that cool outside of the box things that changes the outcome of a build. Not sure how to pull that off but definitely something to think about

Depends on the job but to be super honest 16 gauge sheet metal from like Lowe’s works just fine
