  • Reduce Creatinine and Urea Levels Naturally | Dr Puru Dhawan
The biggest problem for kidney patients is elevated levels of creatinine and urea, therefore in this video, we'll talk about how a patient with kidney failure can lower those levels. Additionally, you will receive some helpful advice on how to lower your urea and creatinine levels.
Patients with renal failure experience significant physical and psychological harm when their levels of creatinine and urea rise. Additionally, individuals who know how to maintain their urea and creatinine levels experience less emotional anguish and other consequences.
    𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞?
Creatinine is a waste protein produced by our muscles during muscle metabolism, and it is produced in every individual. In a healthy individual, the level of Creatinine remains in the range of 0.6 mg/dL to 1.1 mg/dl. Creatinine levels remain in the normal range because there is a constant excretion of Creatinine through the Kidney by urine. But in kidney failure patients, Creatinine starts accumulating in the body. The reason is the low functioning of the kidneys.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 -
    ▪ Reducing protein intake is crucial for any patient with renal disease. Don't consume any kind of protein-rich foods, including dairy, cheese, eggs, mutton, poultry, and fish.
    ▪ Another crucial aspect is that the patient must maintain muscular relaxation. Patients with renal disease must therefore refrain from engaging in any type of activity, including jogging, swimming, and playing sports. Patients can instead practice yoga and deep breathing techniques like Anulom-vilom, Pranayam.
    ▪ Avoid cold weather and fever. Our body produces more creatinine during fever and cold weather, but because our kidneys are working correctly, it stays within the usual range.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐁𝐏 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲:
A tiny capillary network in the kidney is affected as blood pressure rises with each heartbeat. They harden as a result of the continual pressure exerted on those vessels' cells. They develop sclerosis, and the kidney's blood supply for filtration declines. The demand for filtration also declines. But because there is less oxygen and food available to the kidney cells, the blood supply, which supplies oxygen and nutrition to the kidney cells, also declines when the kidney size begins to constrict. High blood pressure is the only cause of renal shrinkage in all individuals.
When a person has diabetes, their kidneys are affected by their high blood sugar levels. This is due to the blood's high sugar content as it enters for filtration. This not only compromises the kidney's nephrons' health but also puts the kidneys under increased strain. To protect other essential organs like the brain, heart, and lungs from excessive sugar levels, the kidneys must work harder to eliminate additional quantities of sugar through urine.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲
Controlling the main cause of kidney failure is very important. So, for example, if it's high blood pressure, in your case, we have to control the blood pressure, and if it is high sugar level, then we have to control the sugar levels; we have to bring it down to the normal range.
    𝐊𝐅𝐑𝐓 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
With the help of kidney function restoration treatment which is a herbal treatment, the functioning of the Kidney improves. The success rate of kidney function restoration treatment is 80%. That means 80% of patients with kidney failure can observe lower levels of Creatinine and urea within two months.

Sure if you stop eating protein and not training your creatinine goes down but it doesn't mean that your kidney starts functionning well. There's so, only cause of this change as soon as you start eating protein and go to the gym and train your creatinine gets up. The abnormality of kidney fonction stays there. Is there a way to eat protein and train like a normal person and your creatinine gets down??? Your title is misleading.

I've been on a very low protein diet just as suggested for 12+ years with pharmaceutical grade amino acids. I was on IV ALA infusions early on which dropped me lower that I had been...but it was not a permanent fix. I'm 72 and I'm at about 1.25 creatinine after years of being under 1.2. But I'm OK ...I take a tiny bit of an ACE inhibitor (2.5 mg) and make sure I'm not dehydrated. I take L'Carnitine, Cordyceps, and ALA as well. However, I do exercise...I need to to keep my muscles moving! And, it's good for the circulatory system. It's fine to do relaxation work, but no way I would stop exercising. My issue was from a twisted ureter as child which was not fixed...so I had an infection and blockage which cause damage I only found out about at age 60! My levels have been stable for 12 years on this diet.

My creatinine and blood urea are marginally high. I could not have a CT Scan done because I was told that the dye that will be injected may damage the kidney. I have just one kidney. The other one was removed because it had cancerous growth of 2 inches (stage one), in June 2022. I am a Muslim and the month of Ramadhan is coming. I will be required not to eat or drink from dawn to dusk. I am also diabetic, although I am able to keep my sugar in range, most of the time. I have no blood pressure, though at times systolic get to be 150, and diastolic, at times, exceed 80 level. Most of the time BP is OK. I have been taking Metmorphin 1000 mg in the morning, Glimperide 2 mg after lunch, and a medicine whose name I forget, and which is 1000/50, after supper (this is diabetic medicine). In addition, I am taking one Ranzoline 1000 mg after supper. This is for the pain in the chest I was encountering after having a stent put in, in October, 2021. Must I fast in the month of Ramadhan or skip it. I am 75 years old. I would be grateful for your advice. Thank you.

The GFR is the filtration system that gets damaged. When it gets damaged, your filtering process gets lowered and the waste protein creatinine will go up.

Lowering your animal protein and phosphorus and potassium puts less work on the kidneys. With less work, the GFR can go up

Go to a doctor as soon as possible. For his gut issue try eating more probiotic foods like yogurt or saurakraut and supplements. Acidophilus is a great option for gut health. Also make him go on a low protein plant based diet. Limit salts and meat from his diet. Fish or skinless chicken only if he must eat some type of meat. Do not eat it too often.

I already did that and sent it to you... You don't recognize my name , do you? I exposed you frauds as a bunch of fear mongers and money grubbing profiteers. First you demanded 1,000 dollars from me before you would even begin to treat me... When that didn't work, you tried to scare me by telling me that I had a dangerous deadly condition and that I could die.
The reason you were so angry and demanded 1,000 dollars was because I had contacted you a year ago and hadn't responded back to you for a year... You claimed that you had already spent a lot of time on my case, which you had not... The reason for my one year delay was simple: It took that much time for the national health service to do a complete blood test on my condition, but you ignored that even after I explained it to you. Instead you told me I was in grave danger of dying. Even after I told you my condition is stable and has been for a year. YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED AND I WILL CONTACT THE INDIAN AUTHORITIES ABOUT YOU.
