  • From North Dakota, J. Gresham Machen sent his last telegram to John Murray back at Westminster in Philadelphia. It read, “So thankful for the active obedience of Christ. No hope without it.” In this message, Dr. Sinclair Ferguson explores Machen’s friendship with Murray, the final weeks of his life, and the weight and beauty of this final theological confession of Machen.

Dr. Ferguson is truly a top rate theologian. Dr. R.C. Sproul called Dr. Ferguson as his favorite theologian. And he is a humble man of God.

Has Tim Keller done nothing worthy of praise? I regularly criticize Keller, but I don't doubt he's said true things and done good things at points
